Came out and fixed the spring on our garage door. Took them no time. The two guys were great. Would recommend.
I called a few friends to get a referral for a garage door issue. Two friends said to call Cox. My garage door had been “warped” and finally it got bent out of shape to where I need a new door. The phone person said a service charge to come out would be $140. I told the two guys who came out I wanted to order a new system/door. They offered to fix the door where it would open and close (no longer automatic) until the new door could arrive. A brace (one piece of sheet metal) was placed across the old door so it would open and close. 30 mins and the brace resulted in $340 bill which I paid debit card.. afterwards I called back to the service writer and complained about the price for a temporary fix. He did not seem to be the one to handle a customer complaint regarding the price so I ask that the owner call me. The owner never called me which tells me he doesn’t care about his customers or is too whimpy to listen to a concern. Knowing I was ordering a new door and installation from Cox I expected a better price for a temporary repair in less than 30 minutes. I will not recommend Cox Door Company Inc to anyone. If the owner refuses to handle a problem for a customer I can find someone else to finish the job which I did and was treated more than fair….. price and service! Services Rendered: Replace garage door….they offered to “temp fix” the door so it would open and close.
Set up an appointment with them Jan 4th at around 12:30 pm.not only did they not show up they did not call to let me know what was going on. They open at 730 but it took until 900 before they answered the phone today the 5th. The lady said I'm not sure what happened . I don't know how they have 4.9 stars doing business like that and I would be wary using this company when you need garage door service. I cancelled today and have called another company who is on the way. Very unprofessional way of conducting business.
Excellent company! Excellent experience! Would highly recommend Cox Door Co. The office staff was accommodating. Manuel, the repairman, was knowledgeable and efficient in replacing our torsion spring. And the pricing was reasonable. We received one quote from a competitor and they were going to charge us twice what Cox charged us. Beware of price gouging!

Had a custom door installed on our garage. The installer Wayne was super. He basically was a no goofing off all business pro. Company was very good to work with. Super happy.

My garage door ran off track and had some other issues. I called Cox and they sent Wayne out the following day. I can't say enough about how positive the experience was, and how good of a tech Wayne was. He moved with a purpose , and fixed several issues with my door that another company had done a poor install job. Cox and Wayne did an amazing job and i highly recommend them.

These folks don't play games. They helped me diagnose the problem on the phone within 2 minutes, and they gave me a fair quote immediately thereafter. Taylor came the first time and repaired a fraying cable. Our system was old and the motherboard, that activated remotes, was dead. The springs were mismatched because the former company had added a second spring that did not match the first. The door did not operate quietly and smoothly, either - lurching upon starting up and squeaking during movement. Given all of these issues, we decided to replace everything except the door to ward off future problems. Taylor did not charge us for the first call, but instead, logged it as a sales call. Taylor and his co-worker, Matt, came back for the system upgrade because my husband's garage is really crammed, making repairs difficult. The two of them worked together and replaced the system in less than two hours. Both Taylor and Matt were very professional and answered the questions we had. They switched out the new remotes to key chain versions from visor clip-on ones, when we expressed security concerns with the latter. My husband and I would be very comfortable recommending this company to anyone needing garage door repairs or replacement. After asking about the problem, they talked me through some basic procedure and it fixed itself without a service call. This is obviously an exception but speaks to their integrity. I would call them 1st next time. Services Rendered: Garage door disengaged from motor

Purchased two new Lift Master garage door openers from them and they installed. Called them on a Monday and they had them installed next day. Scott their installer is excellent!
