Super smooth transaction and repair. Jeremy was the only garage door company to give me a quote via text which I appreciated very much. Several other companies didn't want to tell me a price over the phone and wanted to send someone out for a fee. That didn't sound right to me. Jeremy was prompt for the service call, spent about 45 minutes replacing the springs, and the cost was exactly what he told me it would be. Can't get any easier or better than that. I'll be calling Open Up Garage Door the next time my door needs servicing. Services Rendered: Replacement of broken springs

A+++ The owner of the company came out to inspect my garage door that doesn't open all the way when the outdoor temperature cools down each fall. I assumed the track needed replacement because the wheels appear to get caught at certain points on the system. Although I've had the system serviced two other times, in previous years by different companies, Jeremy quickly diagnosed the problem and made an adjustment to my spring and motor. It runs perfectly! He was quick, thorough, professional, LOCAL, and honest. I will definitely return to Open Up Garage Door for all my future garage door replacement and repair needs. Thanks Jeremy!!! The service was great. I got a reply in a day and was able to schedule me in two days. they stated between 12pm-2pm and gave me a 30 minute heads up call. They had the springs replaced and garage door working within an hour. Services Rendered: I needed a garage door spring replaced.

Jeremy assessed the situation after I opened the garage door by hand. He noticed that the sensors were not aligned. He adjusted them and the door is working perfectly. I am more than pleased. If it ever fails, I will call and have him replace the motor. He gave me good information about the different motors available. I would recommend him always to anyone having garage issues. He was very cordial and answered all of my questions. Great job Jeremy! Services Rendered: Garage door would not open. or close using the switch.

All I can say is WOW! From start to finish Jeremy was fabulous; VERY transparent/authentic/honest .From the moment I spoke to him I knew "this was the guy". Besides being competitively priced he's a wealth of information about the industry and is able to share the differences between the various manufacturers. I am writing this on behalf of my parents, who live in Rock Hill, South Carolina. My mom remembered that one of the guy's name is John, but she does not remember the other one's name (sorry!). She wanted to write a review, but she is not quite as computer savvy as I, so I will quote her directly: "The two young men who came out yesterday, on March 18, 2015, to repair our garage door were by far the nicest, best mannered guys we have ever had to do work for us. The door is so quiet now you can hardly hear it open or close. They didn't try to sell us anything, and just wanted to let us know that our motor and chain are about 15 years old, and when the time comes to replace them, they hoped we would use their company again. You bet we will! They would not even accept a tip! That has never happened with anyone else before." Since these guys treated my parents so well, I also highly recommend this company. I am very protective of my parents, because they are such kind people.. Don't get me wrong, my folks are very active and very smart, but I am always concerned that businesses see an older couple and try to take advantage. Knowing that this company is not one to take advantage of people by trying to sell extras or to even accept tips, gives me peace of mind! And to the business people of Open Up Garage Door, I want to say thank you so much for taking care of my most valued treasures, my parents.
