I was very happy with the service. The service tech arrived on time and checked everything carefully. I decided to get a new opener and he gave me different options to choose from. He installed the new unit quickly and professionally. He answered all my questions and was very friendly. I have used Pro One before and they always do a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had Pro One Garage Doors, service seven garage doors. Six of them which are 10 x 10 double steel doors. These doors are on my shop and get a lot of abuse. These guys were awesome and were able to re-calibrate the springs so that they glide up and down with little to no effort. They also serviced my personal house garage in the same fashion. These guys are awesome. would highly recommend them for anyone needing any type of garage door service? Super friendly, showed up on time and very fair pricing. As a licensed general contractor it's hard finding companies that meet all of those criteria. Definitely would use them again in the future.

This is a fantastic company! Every person I talked to or worked with was super professional and kind. James came out and he thoroughly explained things to me (not because he had to but because he wanted to educate me so I would be equipped to handle small things in the future myself). They're not interested in just taking your money - they truly care about taking care of you! Cannot say enough good things about this company and their high level of communication from start to finish!

Pro One will always get my business!!! Garage door would not close was my issue. I called Pro One and spoke with Kyle whom had awesome customer service. James came out and observed as I explained and showed him the issue. Without even touching anything James knew what the issue was up front. I just paid another garage company $50.00 to come out and tell me they did not know what the issue was to my garage after they ran test. James had my garage issue fixed within a hour. James even showed me issues with my garage that I was unaware of. Thank you Kyle and James!!!! You guys are awesome!!!!

The sales tech was very friendly, took accurate measurements of the door, and explained options of new doors. The installation tech took down the old wooden door, replaced the metal framing, installed the new door and cleaned up the debris, and took the old door with him. We are very pleased with their service and efficiency! Services Rendered: The spring from our old wooden door broke, and the door wouldn't open or close. Everything was replaced with the new door

We were very pleased with Pro One. Kyle arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem with our door opener quickly. He did not pressure us to buy a new opener and was able to fix the problem with our older opener. He tuned up the door and was very knowlegable. We will definitely use them again.

Kyle was amazing!! He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and highly skilled!! He arrived quickly after I reached out for assistance late on a Friday afternoon when I arrived home and my garage door suddenly wouldn't open and all the 'easy fixes' were of no assistance. He explained the situation and what specific parts were not working properly or were in need of replacement or repair. He had all parts required on his truck - and within an hour he had my old garage door working like new! Perfect timing to be ready for a weekend where we were helping our daughter get packed and ready for a move to her new home! Garage door tune up Services Rendered: Excellent service! Kyle was on time and extremely friendly. He was very efficient and a joy to watch work. He re-aligned my photo-eyes, re-balanced the door, and re-programmed my opener. Then lubricated all the rollers, hinges, etc. The door was now very quiet and operated smoothly. Great service and great price ($125) to do all that and come from Concord to Rock Hill. Best garage door service I ever had. Will not only hire again, bit will highly recommend to anyone needing garage door service.
