**** has been a delight to work with. We ordered 2 garage doors and door openers in late December 2022. They came in February 2023 and **** immediately scheduled installation. He hauled away the old doors, installed the new doors in less than one day and programmed the openers. He also came back to install the faux hinges and handles we ordered from ******************, no additional charge. I'd recommend.

Couldn't be more pleased. My wife was referred to Adam last December, and when we called, he set an appt to come out to discuss our options. He was on time and pleasant to meet with. We decided on Amarr doors with Liftmaster openers Powered by myQ. Once we ordered our garage doors, we placed 50% down. The balance due upon completion. Once they came in, Adam called to schedule our installation date. It was about 8 weeks between ordering and install, which Adam had shared with us up front. Installation went great and in no time we were up and running. We really like the camera and wifi opening and closing of the doors. We had purchased faux aluminum hinges (straps) and handles from Blackhawk Hardware off Park Rd. They weren't in when Adam installed the doors, so he came back out and installed them within a week of us picking them up. Overall, I'd highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
Great people. They know garage doors. The owner even invited me to come by his home to help me with a garage door winding gear, even though he wasn't making a profit doing it.

**UPDATE** I wish there was an extra star to give them, because 5 stars doesn't do justice. The first time he came out, Adam warned me that my door was probably going to need to be replaced sooner than later, and because of how good the first experience was, about a year later I called him to come out and replace my old, rotting door. It was another top-notch experience. Adam, and his sweet wife, came out and I couldn't believe how quickly the process went. The old door was down, and the new one up and dramatically improved the look of my house. Thank you Rise Up Doors! **END UPDATE** Adam answered the phone right away and told me he could come out the same afternoon. I was confused that he meant he would come out for an evaluation but he showed up ready to fix the door! He replaced my broken springs and showed me how the wheels were about to fall off their post so he replaced those too. He was quick, super friendly and the price was complete fair. I highly recommend Rise Up. I will call them again if I ever need more work done on my garage door.
Adam did a great job on an emergency repair so I could get my work van out of my garage. Very thorough in checking that everything worked correctly before leaving. Would recommend his services to anyone.

Called Adam and he was here in 35 minutes! (I was lucky because he was in between jobs and nearby, though based on my experience with him, I believe he'd still have been here as soon as possible). Came in checked out door, weighed it, and inquired as to how often it's opened each day on average to determine best size spring and swapped it out with the old one that broke. They did an excellent job, the pricing was fair and they were very professional! Services Rendered: Our garage door opener was fried most likely by lightening and no longer worked. They were able to work with our schedule and come out quickly to give us their diagnosis and they then discussed options and prices and repaired the garage on the spot.
Kind of embarassing! The pull string had gotten stuck on the rack on top of the car. After detaching the string from the car, the door didn't move. We pulled the string back and forth into 2 different positions, and neither one worked. Our technician pulled the string into a third position, and it worked. We also needed a new keypad, which he installed very quickly. Then, the best part -- he only charged for the keypad. No labor cost or travel time or any other hidden expenses! I will definitely call them for all of our garage door needs. Services Rendered: Our garage door was stuck.
