Google5Such a nice experience for the stress of a broken garage door. Will was very communicative and Patrick did a great job fixing it. Hopefully i wont have any more problems but if i do I'm calling them.

Google5Total Garage Works is super top-notch! I spoke with Will, who was extremely responsive and super kind on the phone. They did a fantastic job replacing our torsion springs quickly and for an awesome price. I would highly recommend this company.

Google5I cannot say enough about this company. I called on Monday and by Friday I had a new garage door. The quality was excellent, and I spent several hundred dollars less than I was expecting.

Google5On a Friday night at 10pm our garage door came off the track and had bent the track on one side. I called Total Garage Works, and within an hour or so, Will came to fix it. He was upfront with pricing and told me his honest opinion of what needed to be done. After using Total Garage Works, there's no doubt that I will always call this company for any future repairs needed for my garage door. Very professional, honest, fair pricing. Thank you Total Garage Works!! You will not be disappointed!

Yelp5Will was recommended by a neighbor who only does and uses the best of everything. When I called Will, he was happy to provide an estimate by phone/text after seeing a picture of my issue. The two other garage door services would only provide on site quotes, which felt manipulative. SO, I went with Will Laney. He handled the situation like a boss, organized, informed, mindful. I do not have a price to compare but I am happy with what he did and my experience overall. Very responsive, informed and good listener. Great service. Ten Stars!

Google5You will not find a better garage technician out there. Will took our call after 7 pm. I was extremely nervous about it because the door was detached from a few of the middle brackets and also from the side rails. Will came right over and HE DID NOT CHARGE AN INSANE FEE TO COME OUT. Yes! That's in all caps. And once he arrived, he looked at it and told me exactly what the cost would be. He fixed our door that night and it now works better than it did when we bought this house! Seriously, the man is a wizard! Call him now! You will not regret it.

He quickly determined the issue, thoroughly explained what was need, gave me an estimate on the price, and told me when he thought he could be back to make the repair. He communicated at every step of the process, my garage door is back in working order and I am pleased and impressed. Highly recommend!

Angi5They are excellent and I would give them the highest rating possible. They even came out once and did not charge me at all as I only needed an adjustment to the eye. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Services Rendered: They replaced the garage door motor, fixed the tension spring, and did wiring as well.

Yelp5A terrific experience! Too often, homeowners needing repairs endure bad customer service, poor communicators, and people who never show up on time. The EXACT OPPOSITE was my experience Will at Total Garage Works. The entire experience was great. He communicated rapidly when called or texted, he showed up when he promised, and the price was exactly as he quoted. He offered a degree of scheduling flexibility that was above and beyond - so that I could keep an doctor's appointment, and then again when I just felt too sick to deal with it. Beyond making the necessary repairs, he made many adjustments to the garage door system that made it work better and last longer - without being asked! What repair service does that anymore? You will NOT be disappointed when you hire Will.

Yelp5Had some old garage door openers that had been removed and stored by the previous owner. Will and his guys came out and got everything working in a couple hours. There was some adjustment needed and sure enough they came right out and took care of that as well. These are my garage door guys from now on 100%. Thanks guys.

Yelp5Had a roller come off the track and Will messaged me within 30 minutes of submitting a request for a quote. Will came out to our condo on a Sunday and got the roller back in the track plus helped repair the wall button which had loose wiring. They charge a flat $95 for the basic services which was on par (actually a little less) than the 2 other quotes I received. Door works great, very punctual and super friendly!

Angi5Received a prompt call to my inquiry of assistance and my appointment was scheduled before I went into work. Once they arrived at my home they analyzed the problem right away and resolved the issue. Not only was the problem resolved but they also provided other assistance to my garage door that I was unaware of (bent track) . They oiled and provided maintenance to the entire system to ensure that it would work properly. My garage door now is "very quiet and works great" Not only was the issue resolved to my satisfaction , I was educated on ways to maintain the garage door so that it will continue to operate optimally. They provided me with security that if I had any issues to call them and they would resolve them.quickly. Angi5Will Laney immediately came out and saw that the spring was broke. He also checked the garage door and system. He offered to manually open the garage door so I could drive my car out. He came back early the next morning with a new spring and installed it . Will was very professional and courteous. Price was reasonable for such great service. Services Rendered: My electric Garage Door would not open after pressing control.
