After another repair shop said they could not fix our garage door, I called Overhead Door Co. They came the next day, had the part and in twenty minutes our door was working better than new. A wonderful experience! If I need help in the future, I will call Overhead Door first!!
A local business I work for had to call in services for our bay door to be looked it - it was unmovable in an open position. We were told about the after hour charges and we elected to wait until the next day. There was a little uncertainty if we could get on the schedule, but they pulled it off. The technicians were helpful and the bill more than reasonable. THANK YOU for assisting us! We will definitely recommend and use you again.
Called them because the original installation was done by them . Several issues have needed to be addressed over the last few years 1- door did not disengage when trying to open manually . The angle of the arm needed to be fixed for successful disengagement. No reason to charge me for that when the problem was with original installation 2- garage opener started malfunctioning last winter- always malfunctions in severe weather . They came and charged me a fee for reprogramming the door , while blaming the issue on faulty gfci... the outlet was changed and the door continues to malfunction every time there is severe weather , and I am able to reprogram it myself the next day . Instead of blaming it on a faulty outlet , better attention needs to be paid to see what is wrong with the motor on the garage door opener . I will no longer be using services of overhead doors
they worked on my doors last year in October and left a work order and told me a bill would be coming and to pay when the bill arrives. No bill ever came and I completely forgot about it until a final notice, past due bill shows up 5 months later. I called, said I never received a bill, they blamed the post office, and I said but for 5 months never to receive one? Ok, told them to go ahead and pay the $228.00 bill. Get a notice on my phone, bill paid, then a few minutes later, another charge for $250.00. I called back, asked why and they said late fee. But I said final balance due on my bill shows $228.00, not $250.00! She says their bill shows $250, yet they first charged the correct amount. And there is no net15 days, or net30 days for any past due amount. Final bill balance due says $228.00. They won't credit back the $22.00. I tell a friend of mine what happened and she said the same thing happened to them. work done, no bill, then months later a past due final notice bill shows up. Her husband drives a check to their office, and he's not charged late fee, even tho it was also 5 months late. Seems like a scam of charging where they can for late fees, even tho its not on the bill. Beware!!
Overhead Door replaced my old garage door which didn't seal properly and had inadequate safety measures that had been installed incorrectly for decades. I felt the price I received for the new door (double faced, insulated), all new garage door track, torsion spring, and labor was extremely fair. The crew was done in 4 hours with the replacement. The door is secure and seals tightly against the opening.
Highly recommend. 100% customer service. We had three garage doors serviced and maintenanced: one broken spring replaced, three weather striping seals replaced. The crew of Sam and Yulier arrived on time, worked efficiently and answer all of my questions. I even had the transponder activated in my car; now I can open the garage door from my car without a remote.
These folks do excellent work. They replaced our old garage doors in three hours. The got here on time and it cost us less than expected. In the troubled world of home improvement contractors they are a light shining on a hill.
Called on Tuesday, they were out Wednesday morning. They were able to make a spring to replace my broken one on the spot, and the replacement was of better quality. They also found a crack in a panel near the opener attachment, which could cause a major problem down the road since my door is so old and no replacement panels exist. They reinforced this, and lubed all the rollers, tracks etc, all at a cost well below what I had in mind.
