They installed 2 garage door openers for me and the installation team was great. Very professional and efficient. When I had a small problem the next day the team called within 15 minutes of my call that they were on their way. They fixed the problem in about 15 min and the doors work perfectly. Great job and great service response.

Northgate Doors repaired one garage door and updated the other. Both garage doors are in fine working order now. "Sam" (tech/installer) was punctual, professional, personable and focused on the job at hand. The repair was completed in a timely fashion and both doors are quieter now. Really the best garage door company in Chattanooga. I was blown away by Matthew who explained everything about the process to me over the phone in a simple to understand manner. It was tricky finding a company that could come out and do a high lift garage door until I found Northgate! Not only where they the most professional, straightforward, and most consistent company I found (some of these companies in the Chattanooga area did not even show up to give me a quote after they set a date) but they had the best price and reviews. I can see why. I would not hesitate to give these guys a call if you need any garage door work! They will be my go-to from now on!

Matthew quoted us for garage doors that badly needed to be replaced he was patient with all my questions and quote changes throughout the entire process. Today was installation day the installer (Sam) did a fabulous job especially working in this 100 degree heat. He was here all day untill everything was perfect. We love our new doors and openers. I highly recommend Northgate Doors!

Northgate Doors replaced my garage’s double door with an insulated Hormann door, installed a high lift to raise the door to within 12 inches of my 12 foot garage ceiling and installed a new torsional opener. (So the door’s Jackshaft is rotated by the opener rather than a center opener pulling/ pushing the door). When open, the door is completely out of the way and there is no opener in the middle of my ceiling either. Nothing blocking my garage lights or ceiling fans. Installation took 1/2 day. Working with Northgate was painless. They were very professional and not pushy like another big garage door company in Chattanooga. Services Rendered: Double garage door and opener replaced

I have been SO pleased with the customer focus and attention-to-detail from Matthew and his team, Chris, Nick, Sam and Marilyn. They are knowledgeable, personable, and really care about the customer. Matthew knows the product and answered all my questions easily. He is very helpful, responds quickly and gives good advice. Matthew and his team have great communication skills and did a fantastic job on the installation of garage and entry doors. Chris, Nick and Sam are so polite, professional and experienced - just great guys! They take the time to make sure things are done right the 1st time. Marilyn does a wonderful job with all the scheduling and keeping the customer informed - very sweet lady! Great install by Larry and his crew! Extremely pleased with how our garage door looks and how quiet it sounds. Everything looks very well done! Mathew was wonderful helping us through the sale and even worked around our schedules, making sure we were getting the door and motor we were looking for. Very informative throughout the entire process. Our door was damaged on three of the five panels. In addition we originally had a poorly installed door by the home builder's supplier. The motor was mounted too short and the rails were improperly installed, so the door sounded horrible. You could hear and feel it throughout the house. Mathew listened to our concerns and guided us through everything. Super painless. We didn't feel like we were being up-sold or forced into a service plan for an additional cost.

Shane was supposed to be there between 10 & 12. He called when he was on the way. He got there about 11:02. He was very professional, and once the decision was made, got busy & completed the job. Services Rendered: Did a troubleshoot on the garage door opener I had. Determined the motor was bad. Gave me my options. I decided on a new opener. Shane removed the old garage door opener, rail, safety sensors, wall switch & all wires. Shane installed the new Linear garage door opener, new rail & chain, safety sensors, wall switch, all new wiring, and setup the button in my car to operate the opener, and left me two remotes. He also made sure that I knew how to operate everything.
