Same day service. Was able to quickly identify the issue. Avery was a pleasure to chat with while he serviced my garage. He even performed minor maintenance on my other unit as well. I would use ProLift to install a brand new unit in the future.
Prompt, courteous, and very good. John was sent to our house Gulf Shores and quickly analyzed our issue, gave us two explanations and discussed each. Once a decision was made he went right to work and within an hour had our garage door fixed, better than ever. Outstanding work and company. I highly recommend.

They offered me same day service but I was unable to meet the day I called them so I set an appointment. They showed up on time and had my garage door fixed in 30 minutes. They also performed some preventative maintenance on my other doors while they were here. They are very knowledgeable and I will definitely be using only their services from now on! Great company to work with! Offers quality & affordable Garage doors & openers. Delivery time was fast & the installation was done quick & neatly. Have had a few issues with the sensitive laser eye being interfered with by the bright sunlight that directly hit my house around noon-2pm in the winter months. However, Avery, who is an experience & knowledgeable technician, quickly came out twice to troubleshoot & get the matter corrected. He ensures that the opener & door works properly. Very satisfied & would highly recommend this company to others.
I sent a request for a quote on a Friday and the tech Avery came on Monday. He already had everything to install a new opener in his truck so he was able to install it the same day. The new opener is so quiet and easy to use. Avery also repaired the sensors on my other garage door and showed me safety tips to prevent a break-in. Very happy with the level of service ProLift provides and definitely recommend.
Our Technician Mr. Brist was amazing he came out earlier than expected (called first) which was great! He did the estimate and explained everything that was going to be done. The price was low and he worked fast. He also found and talked us through another issue that he found on the garage door track with his honesty we decided to go ahead and pay to have that fixed as well. He was kind and answered every question we threw in his direction. If you are looking to have garage doors worked on or installed or whatever you are needing I would call them 1st we talked to several other companies but Prolift is now and will be our forever go-to for garage door needs.

My neighbor was in the hospital and his garage door kept opening when no one was home or after his wife returned home after staying in the hospital. My neighbor asked me to find someone to check out the garage door. Prolift had been recommended to me by a contractor. I called and spoke to Miles and then gave contact info to my neighbor. Miles said repairmen would arrive today at 4:00 pm and determine problem and repair the garage door. Arrived on time and immediately determined the problem and repaired it. Then continued with some lubricant and checking other possible areas to tune up. My neighbor was very happy and appreciative of the timely and professional service. When my garage door needs maintenance I will certainly call Prolift.
Broke a spring on garage door so I logged onto Angies list. Put in my details of the job and was called within 5 minutes. 45 minutes later someone was hear working on my garage door on a Friday night. Super friendly guy and seemed very knowledgeable.
