Andy is awesome and friendly. More than anything, he was honest and genuine and that's what we look from customer side ( need honest opinions ). Cannot recommend his services enough. Our garage door spring broke on the "coming down" part. This is a holiday weekend, so we were not sure we'd have anyone available to fix it before Christmas. Not only did Andy reply quickly, he was able to solve our issue and fix the spring within 24 hours. On top of that, he provided some insights into our doors and added reinforcement bars to stabilize them in the future! His extensive knowledge was so appreciated! Andy is great and very friendly. I called a Saturday morning and left a message with my garage problem. He called back and asked more details and said he can come in in a few hours. Andy came out to replace the broken spring on my garage door. Service was excellent. He did a free little tune up on my system and left the garage door running smooth. I was actually going to get a whole new opener but he was honest with and let me know mine was still fine. I'm glad I called him.
