Yelp5Jayson Davis was professional and courteous and took his time making sure my new ceramic coated 30,000 cycle spring was up and running correctly. The owner Nate was very responsive and informed me that I should use a 30,000 cycle spring (which comes with a 5 year warranty) instead of the standard 10,000 cycle spring since we use our garage as the main entrance to our home. The new spring works great and is much quieter and thanks for the quick response on a Sunday during the important Iowa vs SC women's basketball game! Photo is from the broken standard spring that needed to be replaced. A+++

Yelp5I contacted BH Garage Door to repair a broken garage door spring. They responded quickly and the service rep was super helpful. The prices provided for the replacement products were reasonable. I would definitely go with BH Garage Door again.

Yelp5This service is wonderful! They respond right away and schedule time with urgency. The man who helped us was so helpful and clearly knew what he was doing. He did the work right away rather than scheduling for the future. As feedback, they do seem like they want to upsell you and he got a call from the office asking if he had sold the new door lift motor even though he had never told them that we needed that. But when I insisted that I did not want a new door life motor, he stopped insisting. They also want to leave stickers on the doors and door opener; one sticker would suffice. But again, they are knowledgeable and also very affordable for the work and urgency that they showed. I recommend!

Yelp5I am very pleased with the service. I broke the spring on my garage door in the evening. As I searched Yelp for a repair service, I saw that BH Garage Door was open from 6 am to 10 pm. I called around 5:45 pm and the company offered to have a technician come by between 7 and 9 pm that evening! I ended up scheduling for the next morning. The technician called ahead, arrived on time, was very professional and helpful, and installed a new spring very quickly. I definitely recommend BH Garage Door.

Yelp5Got out here early in the morning as promised and did a great job. Replaced my broken spring and cables, never seen a spring broken in half. I went with the heavy duty springs and installation was quick, Brandon knew what he was doing.

Google5I recently used this company to repair a broken garage door spring and was very pleased with its work! They arrived at my house with 2 hours and finished the work within 30-45 minutes. The technician also showed me another problem with the door's cable spool that could have failed at a later time and required another call. I was very satisfied with the work performed and the technician. I would highly recommend BH Garage Doors for any garage door repairs!

Google5We needed help urgently with our garage door and they were able to send a repair man that same day and were able to do the repair right then and there. Our repair man was SUPER cool and nice and we felt very comfortable with the product we were purchasing (and were given a thorough explanation of our options). Customer service was also very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend these guys!!!

Google5Chris who came out was awesome. He was not deterred by the foot plus of snow that had fallen over night, and was able to get our door back up and running quickly. He was happy to explain what needed to be fixed and why. Will definitely be requesting he be sent out for any future work we need done.

His help and explanation regarding my garage door made me feel comfortable and really wanted to help me. He took the time to explain everything and most people these days do not do that. Yelp3technician was very nice and helpful, But really high priced. Third time you guys were out for different things on the same door and I have spent over 1,000 and I think that is to much for the services that were preformed

Google5Jayson was an amazing technician! First, I called the night before and they were able to give us in the next morning! Jason arrived and educated us on the issue and the options we had. Then, he explained how long the job would take and actually finished earlier than expected. He finished by explaining the warranty and what we can do for ongoing maintenance. Another great experience with BH!!

Yelp5I was really pleased with the BH Garage Door company. We recently had to replace our garage door opener. I called several companies and BH replied and said they can have someone here within the next three hours and that the tech would reach out when he was in his way. I meant Jason the tech and after accessing the opener and answering a few questions, Jason was able to give me sound advice on a couple of options. I explained that I would discuss with my wife and that We would make a decision. Later that evening I received a text and email with the quote and we agreed to go with the job. Jason returned the following day and in no time our garage door opener was installed including sensors and outside keypad. Jason was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Someone who knows customer service. I would highly recommend BH Garage doors to anyone. Props to the BH garage door team. Rich Gomez

Google5Thank you from my first contact for garage repair the technician Lucio, who was friendly and well informed. My garage door was far too many years old. I decided to get a new door and motor and replace all my outdated equipment. The transition was seamless I picked out the door and equipment needed, and received a fair price. From my phone call with Norma at the office, I had a couple questions, and she was friendly and helpful. My installation with Al and Maria who did a great job installing the door and equipment. We went through instructions and everything runs properly they were great. A job well done.

Google5The working Cesar was very polite and professional. He was very thorough with his job and very knowledgeable of his job. They don't make people like Cesar anymore I will recommend him to do any garage job that I come in contact with from family or friends. Thank you very for being honest about the job done.

Google5Great and timely install, you wouldn't even know they were there. No clean up necessary, great work, everything was better than even expected. White is after, door is much quieter and looks great with the new windows I just had done too.
