Yelp5George did it again! George replaced our cantilever rollers on our parking gate which immediately removed the loud squeaky sound. We also expect the gate to discontinue aribitrarily jumping off the chain. Thanks George!

Yelp5Always very responsive and quick to service. Luis was super friendly, knowledgeable and finished the job quickly. He always explained the problem, showed me the replaced part and explained the reason it wasn't working. Would call them every time.

Yelp5Very quick same day fix! The calling service was very easy to navigate & the deployed a tech a few hours later. Gus was the technician that came out - he was knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. He was very helpful in explaining to me what went wrong and generous with his time. Would highly recommend again!

Google5Called at 7:30am and Joel was at my house by 8am! He knew what the problem was very quickly and fixed it in about an hour. He was very kind and professional. The person on the phone was also very helpful and provided great customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

Google4The technician George Kone was great, fixed my misaligned garage door track (after tapping it with the back corner of my car) real quick, in about a half hour! Now my door is actually quieter too. Would be 5 stars IF the dispatch got the arrival time right. I said noon, and despite there only being a window of 10-2, I accepted 10 and I expected 10am (but there was SUPPOSED to be a "note" for 12. Oh well, the technician George called and left a message 45 min before at 7:15, then called again with a message at 7:55am. He did great by doing that and it wasn't his fault he got 8am from his dispatch. Service and arrival time communication was GREAT, just the wrong time.

Google5Called to have a tech come out and give us an estimate. Tech came within the given time frame and did the repair same day within 30 mins. Very good service. Tech was also kind. Will recommend to friends and family. They are also reasonably priced compared to other estimates.

Google5Crystal did a great job with my garage door repairs. I scheduled by phone and they came out very quickly to assess my needs. The technician Augustine was experienced, informative and kind. He followed up with me on all the work he did. Definitely detail oriented with his work. I will be using then for any future work I have!

Google5Luis was just great. He fixed the issue quickly and efficiently like a true professional. In addition, he cheerfully helped me understand how the machinery works and gave me comprehensive maintenance instructions. I'm definitely using Crystal again if necessary and recommending the company to anyone who needs help.

Google5Highly recommend!! Got a weekend appointment very quickly. George came out early into the appointment window. He is friendly and very thorough. He was able to quickly assess, provide an estimate, and get the work done immediately. Getting two springs replaced, both cables reconnected, and the whole system lubricated and maintained took less than two hours. Very grateful Crystal was recommended to us. We will definitely use them again!

Google5Luis was fantastic. He showed up the same day, and in about 30 minutes completely fixed a garage door that had been giving us trouble for half of a year. He also pointed out and explained to me the root cause of all the issues. Cannot recommend Crystal Overhead enough. Thanks Luis!

Angi5I needed overhead torsion springs replaced after one side snapped - 10 years old. I called Crystal on a Tuesday at 6pm and the owner answered the phone. Spoke to him for a while and found he had deep knowledge of garage doors and products and I appreciate that. We scheduled for next day in afternoon. Fast, nice! Next day, mid afternoon, no call from tech, I put in a status check call. Original tech was delayed, but they had George, on his way in 30 minutes. Great! George was excellent, explaining everything he was doing, possible options, and when all agreed, he replaced the springs, adjusted the door. He finished up, cleaned up and demonstrated everything with some working advice going forward. Hands down, they're my garage door specialists now and forward. Services Rendered: Replacement of overhead torsion springs for double garage door.

Angi5I called Crystal Overhead Door and spoke with Mary in the office. After a very professional and pleasant conversation with her, she dispatched George to come to our house to provide a work estimate. George arrived less than an hour later (pretty good service, I'd say) and again was very professional and pleasant. He also observed all of the Covid protocols which is very important to us. He gave us an estimate and also provided advice on things that I could do myself to better maintain our garage door. I'm now considering the estimate and weighing it with my budget needs. But all-in-all, I am very impressed and pleased with Crystal's service and employees. Services Rendered: Garage Door Opener Installation Estimate

Angi5Company got back to me the same afternoon I requested a quote, repair took place the next day. Dan answered all my questions. I was concerned about the condition of the spring, but he showed me that the door balanced easily, so the spring was functioning normally.
