Yelp5My garage door automatic opener has been malfunctioning opening up after it closes. I thought it was the electric eye out of alignment. My neighbor had Diamond Garage Door out to replace her door so I thought I would kill 2 birds w/one stone & have them take a look at my door. Eddie from Diamond Garage Door came by this morning. He is very knowledgeable about garage doors, the operators, springs.... Th overhead door operator needed an adjusted of the limits. I also bought 2 new garage door openers as the old ones weren't working anymore. The door is working as good as new

Yelp5E-mailed them on their website around 11pm. They got back to me so fast, first thing in the morning at 7:30am and said they can be there by 10am. My garage came off it's rollers and they went above and beyond to repair it. Friendly, efficient, and reasonable pricing, plus they wore a mask the entire time. My garage has never worked this quiet and smooth. I doubt I will ever have any issues with my garage now, but if I ever do I'm calling Diamond.

Yelp5My garage spring broke last weekend. Called today and he was able to come out same day and fix it. He was nice, professional, quick, and affordable. Would highly recommend calling them. If they don't answer and you leave a voicemail, they do get back to you quickly. If you're looking for great service... Don't hesitate to call diamond! Eddie was great

Yelp5Had an excellent experience. The guy came out, fixed our garage door quickly, charged a reasonable amount and even helped me reset the key code to our garage that we couldn't be bothered to figure out after we moved in. I'd definitely recommend Diamond.

Angi5Everything breaks on a weekend or holiday. Called to see if someone was on duty and would have gladly paid the holiday surcharge, but the necessary parts were not in the shop. The tech was familiar with the type of garage door I have, came the next day and replaced the springs in 30 minutes. Services Rendered: Garage door springs replacement

Angi5It went great. Extremely responsive on the phone—I ended up reaching Eddie, one of the owners while he was on his way to another job and he fit us in the same afternoon (possibly in part because luck would have it he was already doing a job a block a way). Eddie was prompt, professional and knowledge. I explained we were having problems with our garage door every once in a while when it would go up a couple of feet, then stop. Upon pressing the button again it would go down and then not work until it was manually reset. We thought this might be a wiring issue, but Eddie took one look and knew the issue was mechanical...specifically the springs on the door were intended for a single car wood garage door—we have a 2-car garage with a metal door. This caused the door to be extra heavy to lift and meant our door motor had been working overtime and why it would just stop 5-10% of the time. Upon inspection Eddie saw that our gears and chain had likely been replaced in the past (he was correct) and therefore offered us 3 options from lowest to highest: put in a 1) new center spring system, 2) new spring system and controller (motor & chains) or 3) new spring system, controller and door. All 3 were viable options, but we chose the least expensive in hopes that the controller/motor will last for a while once the new spring system removes the unnecessary stress and weight. Eddie scheduled the work for the next morning and even showed up early (due to low traffic). Work was completed quickly/efficiently and very professionally while friendly at the same time. The door now can be lifted manually with one finger. Literally, ONE finger. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience and while not inexpensive it was absolutely fair for the work completed. Services Rendered: Replace springs—actually remove incorrect side springs and replace with a new center spring. system.

Yelp5Called Wednesday night. Here 7:45am on Thursday, assessed the issue, and tried to fix the problem first. By 10:30am, a new opener was installed, working perfectly, all for a reasonable price! Would definitely recommend!

Angi4Good company. They called me to see if they could come earlier. The man was polite and was here for 15 minutes. The door was opening and closing properly and both remotes now work. Just thought it was a bit pricey for 15 minutes $140.00. Other than the price, I have no complaints about the work they did. I would hire them again, but would call other companies for pricing. Angi5It went perfectly. When I called them they said no problem and would be there within the hour. He was there in 30 minutes. Scheduled the work to be done the next day. He said he would be there between 9 and 10 am. He was there at 9:02. He was extremely professional, punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything to me, why it needed, or should be, done. He even went the extra mile on some things that he didn't have to do, like suggesting the rerouting of the sensor wires. Made some good suggestions without being in the least bit pushy. Services Rendered: Took out the two springs on the sides of the garage that opened overhead door and replaced with one that goes across over the top of the overhead door. MUCH smoother and quieter operation. Replaced all of the sensor wires and rerouted them so the squirrel (now gone) couldn't chew them anymore. Replaced power cord that comes from the (I don't know what you call it) opening mechanism/motor itself.

Angi5He arrived promptly and quickly determined that sensors needed to be spaced away from the doorway due to a brush assembly at bottom of door. This required extra parts and labor to create custom spacers and install the sensors. That was all that I had asked for. He saw that the door, the drive, and the guides were out of alignment due to garage damage. He re-aligned those, lubricated everything, and replaced a mis-installed wheel on one of the springs. The door now works quietly and smoothly, without jerking. He was fast, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. Services Rendered: Safety sensors that prevent door from lowering if obstructed needed to be re-installed.
