The service was quick, professional and very helpful. They were prompt and did a great job explaining what they were doing. I would use them again.
Got my keys copied in a heartbeat. Both employees were very kind and friendly. Dominic is always so sweet.
Scheduling an appointment was easy. Lucas spent 4 hours drilling out old well built locks that needed to be replaced. Lucas installed the new locks and let me check keys he cut. Great experience and friendly.
Dominic helped me duplicate a key that several other places were not able to do. Fast and affordable. Thanks!
Stopped in quickly to have extra keys made, Brendon was very quick and efficient. Glad I was able to support a local business!
Walked in and they were done with two keys in less than 5 minutes. Super friendly service from Brendan and Dominic.
I have never been so offended by "cheezy" contractors. The contractor had already given me an over-estimation prior to coming out to see the job. Upon realizing that i was a woman ...before he could say hello, he informed me that the cost was going to be 3X the amount with a smile. He didnt realize I am a contractor ,,,wanted to charge 500.00 to place a 5.00 door sensor on my doors???? WOMEN BEWARE
Fast service. Only pace around that does these keys. Dominic and Brandon were welcoming and helpful! Great pricing! The place to go for keys!
Dominic was great, super knowledgeable and worked quickly. $3 a key was a solid price point. Thank you!
I've been here a few times and it's always been very smooth! Most recently Dominic and Brendan were helpful!
While over the years this business has performed satisfactory work, I've long suspected they overcharge customers. Today it was confirmed. My condo building has a push/pull door handle, the pull handle came loose - nothing at all wrong with it but overtime the screws loosened and then came off and got lost. Locksmith comes tells me they don't have the screws. Then he told me the handles come in two standard sizes, said my handle was not a standard size and that I would need a whole new handle for upwards of $400. I was offended. I declined service. A quick search - I found I could buy the handle size with no problem for $31 - and could get the through bolts needed online too for $18 and $22 respectively. I only need screws. I've been paying for the service as I do believe in having work done professionally, but today was the last straw. When I called and spoke to a manager - she politely told me that they didn't need my business and she would close out my account. Awful to cheat people like this and then to lie about it. Because if I can get parts as a consumer, then I know that this company can get parts, especially some machine bolts. "
Mike arrived on time and gave me his estimate. He was professional, kind and polite. He was here 2 and 1/2 hours. He put a deadbolt on my metal garage door and re-keyed my locks. He also made me four new keys. He did a great job, worked diligently. I would hire them again without hesitation. I did think the price was a little high, but then I really don't have much to compare it to, since I haven't had this kind of work done lately.
