Yelp5My garage door broke. Steve came out, gave me an estimate. I asked for the senior discount (I'm over 68) got it easily. He came back a week later with the new garage door and hardware. Replaced it quickly and professionally. Hauled out the old door and hardware. Their name says it all "Professionals". Richard

Google5After a recent cold snap our garage became inoperable, but Robert's Garage Door Professionals sent someone to fix it the day after I called. Aaron was on time, friendly and professional, and an expert in garage door repair. He fixed everything within two hours for a fair price. I highly recommend their services.

Google5Impressed with how quickly they were able to send out a technician. Michael was prompt, arrived as scheduled. He recommended replacing all ten rollers, lubricated the door and replace two rusted brackets. We have been using this company for several years and grateful they have remained in operation for so long.

Yelp5Needed two extension springs replaced after one snapped while the garage door was closing. Scheduled Robert's after hearing that they had previously worked on my parents' garage (they were very happy with the work). They were able to schedule me for a free next day estimate, which I found to be in line with typical repair prices, and the tech Alex was able to complete the work within the next hour. He gave me a detailed and honest assessment of what repairs were necessary, and also offered excellent preventative maintenance tips. Overall, very satisfied with their work and would use them again for any future issues.

Yelp4My garage door malfunctioned in the middle of a cold snap. Robert's Garage door answered my call and booked a technician to come over later in the door. The technician Jose was prompt and professional. Within a few minutes he determined the was an obstruction and recommended basic service. He cleaned and oiled all the mechanisms and was done within 15 minutes. No issues with my garage door. He also suggested some regular maintenance I can do to prolong the life.

Yelp5Excellent experience with Roberts. Very knowledgeable during the initial review and quoting for replacement of 7ea. doors. Very price competitive (we compared quotes from three vendors before finally deciding on Roberts). Jorge installing the doors was excellent. and friendly. He explained what his plan was for the two day install. He kept the area neat and clean. He was very informative of his additional time line required as install took him into the evening hours making it hard to see and complete the work. Was back bright and early Saturday morning to complete trim work. The doors look great and work wonderfully! Thanks, Robert's I would highly recommend Robert's if you are considering replacement garage doors.

Google5Robert's came well-referred to me from my realtor. They were super responsive, replying within a couple hours of my initial email to schedule a time - on New Year's Day no less. My technician, Morris, did an excellent job walking me through the repair and explaining the various options. He quoted a "repair" and an "upgrade" option, without pushing the up-sell on me. He came back the next day for the installation on-time and I'm very happy with the work and pricing seemed very reasonable. Definitely will recommend them in the future - thanks, Morris!

Google5We had Morris replace the openers in both garages at our building, which was completed quickly and professionally. Morris provided us with a quote on a Tuesday and the work was scheduled and completed by Thursday of the same week. The company was quick to respond to all communications and Morris was very helpful with any questions that arose. I would have no problem recommending him or Robert's Garage Door Professionals in the future.

Google5Outstanding service! I called in the morning and left a message, and they got back to me within the hour. Craig, the technician, was there by mid-afternoon and changed the spring, and had everything working again perfectly. Craig was pleasant and professional, explained everything up front and told me the price before he started working. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Google5Highly recommend! Very quick response time.Morris was able to come out the same day I called to assess the problem we were having with our garage door. He was extremely helpful and solved the issue. This is the second time we have used this company - once for a repair and this time for a garage door opener replacement We been satisfied on both occasions.

Google5We had a really good experience with Robert's Garage Door. Fifteen minutes after I called, Morris was at our home. He had all the parts with him to replace two springs and upgrade wheels on the tracks. Within half an hour, all work was done! We are so happy to have found a great company that does great work!

BBB1I had Roberts come out and fix my garage door. They did a great job fixing the door but they dripped grease all over three sides of my car. The technician **** said it would come right off and it did not. I complained and **** came out to wipe my car down but when he saw the extent of it he suggested getting the car washed. The car wash took off 90% but not all. All he had to do was suggest that I remove my car from the garage for the repair and he did not. The company never followed up with me. I would not use this company again.***************************
