I called Derek and he was able to fit me in the very next day. He was early, knowledgeable, and so kind. He helped me fix my dinged garage door, and helped with the cables on the other. Super quick and fast work! Didn't try to upsell me, but just gave me some considerations for the future. Definitely recommend for anyone!

Our old garage door quit working, so I looked on YELP to find a reputable repair company. A and 'Em had all reviews, so I was fairly confidant when I called him. Derek came over the next day to give the diagnosis and repair estimate. Our spring had broken and was an unusual size, it being so old. So, he said he could get one and repair within a few days. We took the opportunity to also have an automatic garage door opener installed. I would give him 6 stars if I could! Very happy with the service, cost and quality of work! Thank you, Derek!

My garage door opener wouldn't open the door. I noticed that a spring was broken and assumed that was the problem. I called A & Em and was able to talk to Derek. He was very patient and said he would arrange to come by within noon to 1:30 the same day. He was very prompt and professional but also very friendly and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the options available and the costs involved. We agreed on the repairs and costs. Derek had the job done within an hour and made sure it was working smoothly. He answered all of my questions before leaving and encouraged us to call if we had any more questions or problems. I will call Derek anytime I have garage door concerns. I give him my strongest endorsement and urge anyone with a garage door problem to call A & Em!

Derek was amazing! His genuine care and knowledge was very much appreciated. Also, his pricing was the best out of all the reps I spoke with. He showed up right on time, was quick with the repair and took time to show me all the bells and whistles of my new opener thereafter. Overall, his service was outstanding & I highly recommend A & Em for any garage door repair/replacement.

We had a very pleasant and professional experience with Derek at A and EM Garage doors. He responded quickly to our request for an estimate. First by phone to inquire about our needs and second, by coming out to speak with us about what we were looking for and taking measurements. Derek provided an accurate estimate and installed the doors on time. He was able to get the the window inserts that we wanted and performed quality work. All said and done, it took approximately 10 days from estimate to installation. I highly recommend him and would work with him again in the future.

Derek called back very quickly and was over within 2 hours to see what was going on. He was back the next day with parts and repaired the door in 105 degree heat. Friendly, communicates well, up front about prices and works quickly. Very happy with his work; he's our garage door guy now!

I highly recommend this company. Derek fixed the problem with the stuck door for me and did a service and maintenance on the garage door. He told me exactly what I needed to do to keep it in shape and recommended getting a service once a year. Since these doors are so expensive, he saved me a lot of money by not letting it get in disrepair.
