The entire team at Advanced Door Systems is fantastic. I have used them 2 different times, once for a two car garage door replacement. The removal and take away of the old garage door, and the installation of their new double wide door, went flawlessly! Their service techs are wonderful, and high expert professionals. The second time I used them was for a minor repair on a rental property I own, and that service call was also excellent. Heartily recommend!!

If given a long weekend and no other home project (they are never-ending) I would have called a retired friend who installs door openers for people he knows to do the job with me. I'm pretty handy. However, I was in a time crunch, so I called him and asked, "If you can't install an opener who do you tell people to call?" He directed me to Advanced Door Systems. So two professionals were here a little less than 3 hours to replace the opener, replace the supports and set them to the correct length (something I was unaware of), and use a repair part to reinforce the main load bearing structure on my garage door that was tearing. They did a great job and it was worth every Nickle.

This company is absolutely the best. I shopped around for the best price to replace our old garage door Advanced Door Systems was the best price of all of the six companies that I called. From the owner Jenny to the absolute best installer "Abner" Abner took his time and did a great job!! He made sure that before he left all of our cars and new keypad worked properly, I highly recommend this family owned company. I know who to call if I want the job done right!!

We were leaving for our vacation in an hour when our garage door would not close. Advanced Door Systems came out less than an hour after we left, got the door closed and then came back a day later to lock it so no one could access our garage while we were gone. Then they scheduled a service call when we returned, fixed a complicated problem and left us with a very reasonable bill. We gave always been pleased with their service, but this is above and beyond. GREAT company!

According to the sticker on my home's garage door operator, Advanced Door Systems installed it around 20 years ago. So why did I give a 5-star rating? My remote openers have been very fussy for the 2 years that I have owned my home. They work perfectly for opening the door from a distance, but would not close the door unless it was right next to the garage. I often had to get out of my vehicle and use the keypad on the door frame. I finally decided that it was time to have the issues addressed and called Advanced Door to schedule a service call. The person who answered the phone listened as I explained my issue and immediately asked if the operator was more than 10 years old. She explained that interference from fluorescent or LED lights affects the signal from the remotes. I went out into the garage, removed the LED bulbs from the operator, and son of a gun, my remote worked from the sidewalk, the street, and inside each vehicle even if they were at the opposite end of my driveway. Advanced Door could have taken my money for a service call, but they chose to give me the most likely solution for free. That is excellent customer service!

This was one of the most customer-centric experience that my family has ever experienced! That being said, I never expected to be saying this about a "garage door service/system" company. Last night, our garage door system came off the tracks and the entire door was literally half-hanging on the tracks. We were able to find 2 of the wheels/pins to somewhat secure the door enough to get the vehicle in the driveway. After that, our family said a prayer that everything would stay in place long enough for a technician to come out (thinking that it would be 24-48 hours before someone would be out. This morning, we contacted Advanced Door Systems (as they originally installed our Garage Door System). Mrs. Jenny answered the phone and patiently allowed me to ramble as I tried to describe the issue. When I was done trying to explain, she did a basic troubleshoot based on my description. Then after getting our address, checking where the technician was currently located and looking at the shop's schedule, was able to get a technician out here in just over an hour from when I placed the call. Mr. Abner came out and he sure knew his stuff! He even knew who installed the door, several years ago by the handwriting on the original paperwork (which we had in the garage). Apparently it was Mr. Billy (the business owner along with Mrs. Jenny). Abner figured out that one of my old (and solid) round point shovels, which we had against a wall (near the track), must've been jostled enough that it clipped the door while closing, last night. That knocked things loose, popped 2 of the pins, bent the opposite track and the weight of the door was shifted to the bent track. End result... Garage Door was completely fixed and is even quieter than it was before the damage. We love that Abner fixed the issue instead of trying to sell us on something needing replaced. The cost was much less than what we expected to pay. Abner mentioned that he has worked with Billy and Jenny for 40 years and it shows that they form a More Than Amazing Team! We are glad that our neighbor gave us Advanced Door System's business card when we moved in several years ago. This is our second interaction with Advanced Door Systems, through the years and both were extremely pleasant. The staff is Friendly, Knowledgeable, Thorough and Honest! Their pricing is more than fair and this was an emergency situation where a business could have really taken advantage of us. Although we hope to to never need the business' help in the future, we hope that we can recommend other potential customers to their business. Advanced Door Systems in West Chester, OH is not only in the business of garage door systems but also in simply Putting Good back out into this World! We are very grateful and blessed to have worked with Jenny, Billy and of course today's experience with Abner!

I had three garage door technicians tell me I needed to replace our garage door. Advanced Door Systems was the only one with a "can do" attitude . Within 24 hours, a very experienced and professional technician came out and replaced our broken hinges and springs, saving us thousands on a set of new doors. Our busted door is as good as new now but, when we are ready to replace the set in a couple of years, I will definitely be giving my business to Advanced.

My garage door springs failed last night so I called Advanced Door Systems and left a message on their after hours answering machine. They called me back at 8:04 this morning and were at my house by 9:00 to replace the springs. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. Billy was prompt, professional and did solid quality work. Pricing was very fair for the work he performed. Repaired 2 doors (made new opener connection to sheet metal on doors). Also Replaced 2 motion sensors at the base of 1 garage door. Recommended against an additional repair to existing door due to age of door and benefit of repair I asked for. (Great advice / saved me $ as well; Very honest). Great work, speedy replies from Jenny and high quality work from Billy. Very happy. Services Rendered: Repair 2 garage doors (opener ripped out of sheet metal due to stuck in ice) + Replaced 1 set of motion sensor eyes (set of 2).

The Advanced Door Systems service man arrived right on time, answered all questions, replaced both springs, adjusted them properly, testing them and tested the door opener. Two appointments, one for the initial diagnosis and one for the replacement. The initial meeting was good. The guys were polite and were diligent in looking for all possible issues before recommending a replacement. Abner showed up on time for the second appointment and did a stellar job with the replacement and going through the system so I had a full understanding.
