Rick came out and did a fantastic job fixing my issue. He explained everything in full detail and didn't try to sell me on anything. He informed me on what they have to offer if I were to have issues in the future. The price was very inexpensive and my door is back to normal and running smooth and quiet now. I will definitely call them back for any garage door issues I have!
Once again the terrific techs from Cincinnati Door have rescued me. He fixed the track so it would work until new track came in, gave me a great price and gave me advice about future needs I should be aware of. Total professional with a touch of good neighbor. Love this company!!!

Called the day after Christmas because my garage door had come off of the tracks and had a broken cable. I thought I would need to completely replace the door and system. Not only did they have someone out to my house within three hours, the technician, Jerry, was able to fully repair it in about 90 minutes for an incredibly reasonable price ($278 - both parts and labor). Jerry was incredibly professional and kind, doing amazing work and explaining it all to me in a manner I could understand. I will recommend Cincinnati Door & Opener to anyone experiencing issues with their garage door/system, and if I ever need work done in the future, I will not hesitate to call them again. Cincinnati Door was easy to work with. One phone call is all it took. Lance, the door tech was very well versed in his trade and had my garage door repaired in less than 1/2 hour. I would recommend this company for anyone's door needs. Thank you for excellent and expedited service.
Called Cincinnati Door after finding my garage door would not close or open. Cincinnati Door told me that they could send a technician out today to take care of my problem. Lance arrived and within minutes, he had the problem resolved. I mentioned to him that I guess fixing a garage door is easy, if the person knows what they are doing. Door broke at 11:00 am, called Cincinnati Door at 11:01 and repair finished by 12:30 pm. What more can I say? Thanks for the great service!

Lance came today fix a problem with our garage door. The hinges were loose and correct that problem. Also the panel box to raise the garage up on the front end stopped working last year and he checked that and found some loose wires and he was able to fix it for us. All in all we were very pleased with Lance work and service to us. We were happy and very pleased . Thank you Cincinnati doors for all your services. You made us very happy!!!. We will be calling next year to hopefully order our new garage door. Joyce Dickerson.
Technician, Jon was on time, took a look and fixed the garage door problem immediately. Checked and oiled some other parts. Will definitely use again and recommend to others. What we really appreciated was that he came to fix it and didn't go into any type of sales pitch.
I have had just about every garage door issue imaginable from a old, broken opener to a faulty spring to a worn out gasket. Cincinnati Door & Opener has come out to fix every issue on time and with very reasonable prices. The company is large enough that you likely won't see the same technician twice, but they're always out same or next day and they are true experts in what they do. One technician knew the exact year of my 2002 garage door opener just by looking at it (we googled it to be sure!) Another knew that the wrong springs were installed by a previous company just by lifting the door for an approximate weight and eyeballing the springs. They even apply their service fee to the cost/labor of parts if work needs to be done. And their prices include tax, so when they say "$100", they mean it. I cannot recommend this company enough for their expertise with garage doors. I won't work with anyone else!
Something was seriously wrong with our garage door. Every time we opened or closed it, something was pulling away from the wall, dropping drywall on the floor. Eventually, a metal structure holding the garage light snapped, too. We gave Cincinnati Door and Opener a call and Adam came by to take a look. He was on time, courteous and very professional. He noted immediately that the two springs that bear the weight of the door had broken (I would never have known), which started the domino effect of having the pulley cable start to pull away from the wall and snap the housing the held it. Adam had everything we needed for a repair on his truck, explained the pricing and set to work. Just over an hour later he was done. He made the pulley housing stronger by using better quality metal than it came with originally, replaced the rubber strip under the door and the springs, secured the pulley to the wall, lifted the safety sensors so they wouldn't get damaged by rain or water and even changed a burned out light for me, since he had his ladder handy. The garage door has never been quieter. Recommended!
I had some issues with my garage door a few days ago and I decided to call Cincinnati Door when I got a day off. I called as soon as they opened and was able to get someone sent out the same day! My technician was Cody and he was awesome. Polite and explained everything to me. He was in and out in only about 30 minutes. I'll be recommending this company to anyone who has repair needs!
My garage door quit working when I was out of town for the military and my fiancé decided to call Cincinnati Door & Opener. They were able to come out the same day and fixed the problem. The spring snapped in half and the total cost for the visit including parts was $180. Very reasonable and super friendly. They also gave us a quote for a brand new garage door and opener. We will for sure be hiring them when we decide to replace everything within the next year or two. Thanks Cincinnati Door and Opener for helping me out while I was gone and making my absence a little less stressful for my fiancé!
Cincinnati Door and Opener installed our garage doors a few years ago. We selected them after researching all the area companies in the Cincinnati and Northern Ky area. Cincinnati Door and Opener gave us a great price and everyone from the initial phone call, the salesman to the installers were extremely professional and great to work with. Our garage door is well insulated and works as good as new. They also installed the garage door openers (quiet motors) and again after a few years, we still couldn't be happier. We would recommend this company as their pricing really does beat the bigger firms and the service, quality of product and warranty are outstanding! Great small town trustworthy service!
We went back and forth with the salesman because we were trying to decide what door we wanted. When I was trying to decide on the door when he came to our house I asked him will this come with a screen he said yes. So around 8 weeks later, they come to install the door. The people installing it were contractors- just an fyi- but they were great guys. There was No screen so they call the salesman and he says he didn't tell me it was suppose to have a screen. I tried to let it go and asked if a screen could be added they stated no- i asked him if one could be added he had no idea. Then its installed- takes about 6 -7 hours- only for one for the french doors is WARPED! So, then like 2 weeks later someone comes out to look at the door from the contractors office. So, they ordered it- took another 6-8 weeks to get another door. And they refused to take anything off our door. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I suggest Sentry or Gilkey -
Advertised emergency service but then said it would take 6 weeks to repair. What a joke of a company. Do not recommend.
