The spring on our garage door opener broke this morning when trying to leave for work. We called and they had Tj one of their technicians out by 12:30 today (same day). Really great. Our technician Rick was right on time and completely removed our 2 old openers ( which were 21 years old ) and replaced with brand new Linear openers. Rick was very nice and professional and when finished installing he thoroughly answered all our questions about the new system. We're very pleased with the job he did! Called on Wednesday to replace garage door springs that failed. The technician was here the next day. He was quick and efficient, quickly diagnosing all the worn parts. He made sure I understood what he was doing. He added safety cabling to the installation (not there originally). The entire process took under an hour. I am very happy with the work and would recommend them without reservations.
Called Cincinnati Door & Window to inquire about the installation of two garage door openers. I called them based on other reviews and ratings similar to this one. Lonnie took my call, answered all my questions, and quoted me a fair price based on what other such installations have cost. A month later I called them and scheduled the installation. (Needed to get some electrical work done first.) When Adam arrived he did some quick measurements based on how the garage doors opened and informed me that the track for the belt drive openers wouldn't fit since I had such a low ceiling. He took photos and discussed it with Nick, the Service Manager. After some serious discussions a solution was found and thanks to the exceptional team of Adam, Nick, and Lonnie I now have excellent garage door openers and an answer why previous owners never installed them. Great problem solvers!
Great Company! Competitively priced. Called on the Tues. before Thanksgiving and got an appt. for Friday! Cody was awesome. Called first thing in morning to give a 2 hour window. Showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation. Got right to work and was done in about half an hour. Cody was honest about the condition of my garage door. Said it was old and would probably need to be replaced in a year or two. He did NOT pressure me to get a new door now! You can bet I will be using this company when I do get a new door because they are fair and honest. Thanks Cody and Cincinnati Door & Window for the good job!
Very easy process to schedule our garage door replacement. Adam called and came on time. He did a great job of explaining routine maintenance and answering my questions. He was very friendly and was was friendly with our dog ( who is quiet energetic and friendly). Their pricing is competitive and their salesman did a great job and seemed very knowledgeable compared to others I quoted. Very happy with the experience. Oh. Adam also did a great job of sealing the door well to the garage. The original was not done well. This installation was done well - not rushed.
Heck yeah I'll be the first to review! Adam was punctual and did excellent work replacing our old, non-standard sized garage door. He drove a well-appointed truck and even gushed about how much he liked working for his employer. It's always great to hear a tech say great things about their employer. Great price too!
