We have had problems with our garage door since we built our house, it was a contractor grade opener. We thought we had an issue with the sensors, door wouldn't close but it had fried this time. Keith had an opener on his truck a much better model and installed it today for a fair price. He also saw the mistakes the last people made when they worked on it last year. Very happy with the new install.
Keith.is excellent. I called and we talked about the garage door, type, and problem. He gave me an estimate on what he thought it was. Came out the same day and took care of everything. Very personable, quick work, detailed, and took care of other small issues I didn't see. All within the reasonable estimate. EXCELLENT!
I called Garage Door Man With a Plan when my old door finally broke for good. I can't express how happy I am with the product and the service. Keith was a pleasure to work with and Joe was awesome with the installation. This was in the middle of a very cold snap, with wind chills below zero and with high winds, but Joe did an amazing job. We purchased a new garage door from Garage Door Man With A Plan in late October. Communication with Keith was great and the installation by Joe was flawless. When finished, Joe took the extra time to show me features on my 4-year-old garage door opener I didn't know that I had. These guys are highly motivated, I highly recommend them.

There are some horror stories out there but these gentlemen are the real deal. They took the time to replace my springs and lube up the door to make it quieter. They even showed me how to do some diy maintenance. I was going to ask but I figured they would want to sell me a "tune up". The owner Keith is the real deal and will have all of my business from here on out.

Keith is a total pro! He texted in advance of my appointment - even though he was having some family health issues. Responsive, knowledgeable. He fixed my 2, single garage doors - they are a bit 'wonky' due to angles of my 1960s home. Set me up with 1 new clicker. Recoded the numeric, exterior touch pad. Sync'd my cars garage door button to my opener. Got everything on my list, up and working! At a very fair price, too.
