Chuck was awesome. He knew what he was doing, was able to repair my garage door which is what was needed, when other companies/contractors were saying it would have to be replaced. Saved me money, time, was straight forward, honest, and did an amazing job. Highly recommend, will be calling him up for any future garage door needs.

R&R exceeded my expectations for a garage door repair. Not only did Chuck accommodate me on a Saturday afternoon, he was fairly priced and extremely nice. He was very knowledgeable and had my issue diagnosed with a simple description of the problem over the phone. I plan to use him in the future and highly recommend his services.

We had an unfortunate accident with our garage door a few days ago and talked to Chuck with R and R Garage doors , made an appointment for him to see what he could do with it. He arrived yesterday right on time, gave us an estimate .Very reasonable price. Matt showed up this morning and had the door repair done in a little over an hour. Will call them again if we ever have any garage door issues. Awesome company!!!

Could not have asked for better service! After calling Smith's Garage Doors multiple times over several weeks and getting no return phone call, Chuck showed up two days after my first phone call and had our issues fixed within an hour! He gave tips on how to keep our garage doors running well and hauled off the broken panels. Skip the others and call Chuck!!!

I can't recommend R& R garage doors enough. I needed a technician to come out last minute and while the other companies in town wouldn't help me, R&R made my emergency a priority. I will use them from here on out, even though my warranty is covered through someone else. Great customer service, some companies are still operated by good people! Thank you again for the great service.

My son garage door was damaged when his friend backed into it...called Chuck at R&R garage doors on a Thursday and he had a new door on Saturday!!! This was awesome because he lives in an HOA community and to wait four months for a door according to Lowe's and to wait for the sales person who was out of town and the secretary did not know and to be placed on a list which I thought we was on the list the first and second time we called Smiths Garage Doors. We can't forget the home owners when your company grows...we tell others about you both good and not so good with your customer service. So shout out to R&R Garage Door services"you ROCK"

Where does a person start speaking on behalf of a PERFECT Company. Our springs broke on our garage door recently so I started searching on line. I was so blessed to have been lead to R&R Garage doors and was able to speak with Chuck. He was so nice and respectable to me and quickly understood my issue. Chuck had Matt to call me to set up an appointment to fix my problem. The next day Matt was at my house to correct it, he called me when he was on the way and was in and out within 20mins. I just want to thank all involved so much that there are people like you still available when needed, and may I say at a great price. Wonderful! I would call him again in a heartbeat. We had originally called another provider we'd done business with in the past, but apparently he has sold his company to a larger organization that was not remotely interested in returning our phone calls. After nine days of waiting for the repair guy to return (he said he had the wrong part), I found R and R on the recommendation of a friend. Chuck, the owner of R and R, called me right back and was out the next day. My garage door was fixed in half an hour. Services Rendered: We had a garage door with a broken spring. Chuck fixed it quickly and it's working great.
