Google5Wonderful experience. Not only was the technician punctual, he was courteous, focused and meticulous. Had the old doors disassembled and the new doors placed in record time. There still is craftsmanship and professionalism evident in the workplace today. Highly recommend these folks.

Google5Totally professional and courteous from making the appointment to the gentleman who repaired my garage. Haven't had use of my garage for close to a year and it's now operating better than ever for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Google4UPDATE: I lowered my review rating today since it's been 2 weeks and no return trip has been scheduled for my missing window grids and rubber insulation issue. When I needed to replace my 2 year old garage door (due to original poor installation by McIllwain Garage Doors), I contacted at least 3 companies for bids. I received the best customer service from Smith's and they gave me a competitive bid. The installer, Brian S. was very good at assessing my garage issues and took the time to make adjustments to ensure the door would operate safely & smoothly. They did forget the decorative window grids so I hope they come back as promised.
