Working with Aaron Door was a very pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with at Aaron was knowledgeable and courteous. Billy and George came out to my house as scheduled to repair the door spring, rebalance the door, and assess the condition/operation of the automatic door opener. They quickly adjusted the spring and balanced the door. Then they identified that the door opener would require a new electronic board...a costly repair for a 30yr old opener. So Linda emailed me a quote for a new opener including installation and tax. I got back to her that same evening and they installed the new opener the next day. Very pleased with the results!

I had my garage main spring break making it impossible to get my car out. I reached out to several companies to see who could fix it and Aaron came to the rescue. Aaron's team came out at no cost to evaluate the problem and came up with a solution that worked out perfectly. they have super-professional guys on the job who did not try to upsell me things I did not need and got it done quickly and with zero hassles. Another company sent their estimate at DOUBLE what Aaron charged and used scare tactics that I would never fall for to try to get the business. I recommend AAron 100%.. Great value, Great Service. Billy and George came to the rescue. My vintage garage door opener stopped working and I was ready to shell out the $600 or so to buy a new one and have it installed. But when they got here, with a few minutes they found the problem and resolved it! Then they lubed the door so it will work better. Very good diagnostic skills! And I only had to pay the price of a service call. All the folks at this company seem to have a great sense of humor and good social and communication skills. I really appreciate that when I'd dealing with a possible $600 repair. I highly recommend this company.
Called for a quote for a high lift garage door and set up an appointment. Linda called the day before saying they couldn't make it and rescheduled. Appointment was set for 11am and they called at 9am to come out early. Gentleman came out and said there were a couple of options I could go and Linda would call back to let me know the cost. Instead of a call, I get a text saying we decline to quote. I replied back asking why and no reason was provided. Extremely unprofessional customer service. Will be using United Garage door as they provided a quote with zero issues.

When I encounter a company that responds quickly and offers fast service at a reasonable price, I am happy. When the quality of work turns out to be at an even higher level, and the professionalism and dedication to customer service are beyond expectations, I am more than just happy. As advertised, Keith performed a variety of tests to see what was wrong with my old door opener. After we both concluded that it was not repairable, he and his assistant proceeded with the new install. From there it went quickly and perfectly. The service, workmanship, and product purchased met and exceeded my expectations. I don't expect to need their service again, any time soon, but Aaron Door is the only company I would call for anything relating to a garage door. Everything about the process, from the first call, booking, showing up on time, the diagnostics, the installation, the overall desire to serve the needs of the customer, and even the payment process, are exactly what I want in any contractor. The spring on the garage door broke just before the weekend, trapping my vehicle inside . Steve and Keith arrived an hour after my call to temporarily fix the door so it would open through the weekend . They returned on Monday to repair the door and did a pm check on both overheads. These gentleman were professional and friendly. They will be the first ones I call if I have any further problems. A plus for customer service !!!
My torsion spring broke on a single garage door. I called Aaron at 8 who gave an accurate quote over the phone. The crew was here by 9 and done in about an hour. Not only did they fix the spring but they lubed and adjusted my two other garage doors at no extra cost. Could not have been a better customer experience. I really enjoyed the experience of getting a new large garage door for my barn from Aaron Door Company. Every employee, from estimate to selection of the door and through installation and payment was exemplary. This was great customer service! The installation went smoothly and on time. The crew leader took the time to program the opener that came installed in my pickup truck. This was over and above the normal service, done by a technician who had full professional knowledge of his product. Afterwards, the crew did a thorough cleanup. For me, these reasons result in a 5 of 5 rating!
Had the opportunity to work with Aaron Door for a rental property I have in Chagrin Falls. The automatic garage door was not functioning according to tenant, and I live out of state. I contacted them, they worked with the tenant directly to schedule the appointment, and they were able to have it fixed within 2 days during the first visit. They were easy to work with, answered the phone promptly, and did not have issue with me being out of state or working with tenant directly to expedite the process. thank you again.

Linda, who answered my unhappy call, was wonderfully responsive and had Lou come to diagnose the problem within 2 hours. It turned out that a second person was needed as well as materials located elsewhere. So he and a colleague returned the next day (Saturday and not a usual workday) to take care of our problem! They were prompt, efficient and effective. Services Rendered: Our garage door became stuck in the down position with no hope of getting our cars out! We needed a new spring and rewiring of an "eye" as well as updated openers.
I called and spoke to Linda who was so kind and very helpful when describing that our garage door spring had broken. She advised that there was an Angie's list special to fix both springs. I contacted Aaron Door Company for a general idea on pricing to replace a garage door spring, and surprisingly, was given an exact quote - which I thought was more than a fair amount - over the phone. And even better, they were able to stop by almost immediately to do the work. With a non-working garage door, that was appreciated. Al arrived about half an hour after my call and got right to work. About 30 minutes after his arrival, he was done and the garage door was working perfectly. Total price for the service call/spring replacement (which included a general inspection and lubrication of the garage door) was exactly what was quoted on the phone - $170. The customer service was fantastic, from the initial phone conversation, to the unexpectedly quick response time, to the fast and fairly-priced service call. Showed up on time, fixed the spring and oiled the spring on the other garage door. Cleaned up the work area. Performed his duties and now the door works like a "well oiled" machine! Door has been working perfectly since he worked on it and I am happy to say I would use Aaron's Door Service again if I need to.
Great experience. Our double door garage broke! We thought we were going to have to replace the door. Aaron's associate was able to repair the door, and found a bigger and potentially injurious problem in our single door. Both doors have been repaired, and are working better than ever!
