Google5Had the garage motor replaced and updated with a newer model. Also, had the springs replaced. They squeezed me in their schedule and came out the next day after I called. They understood my needs and provided me with a decent discount as well. Work was done proficiently and within a reasonable time. After they were finished, they even stayed longer and helped set me up on the MYQ app. Their prices were fair and much lower than other companies. Highly recommend them if you're looking for honest price and thorough work.

Google5It's a true joy to watch a professional at work and that's how it was watching Sarah. Sarah was excellent and had the issue diagnostics right away. She performed some adjustments to the door, tightened the spring, and walked me through the recommended maintenance on the garage door. They are friendly and professional and I highly recommend their outstanding service.

Google5Spring on garage door broke. Called at 8am when they opened and they were at my house by 9am. Josh was friendly and was done under an hour. My 3rd time using All Around and they have been awesome

Google5Great experience with All Around Door & Gate. The garage door was installed by Shara who did an exceptional job only took her a few hours! Great work, Shara! Also, Steve provided excellent customer service, and he is really great with providing information about financing options. All Around Door & Gate is great!!!! They are honest and they have your best interest at heart! I definitely recommend All Around Door & Gate!

Google5My garage door wouldn't open, I called and Sarah answered said she would be over within 30 minutes. She showed up on time and fixed my broken spring in under 30 minutes and charged me a fair price. I would definitely recommend them for all garage door repairs.

Google5This is a great company!! My garage door simply went off track and it was was not that bad. I was given a quote for 1500 by one company and 600 from another to repair it. They both were trying to rip me off. All around Door charged me 169 for the simple repair. If anything ever goes wrong with my door again I will definitely be going with this company again!!

Angi5It went fabulous. All the other companies that came out they got the referral from Angi said the job was too small for them that they only wanted large jobs. Steve at all around during gate was happy to do this job, no matter what the size. To me that shows integrity and concern for us customers. Google5Same day service, arrived 1.5 hrs later! Took time to troubleshoot, got old opener at least usable, but ultimately I needed a new one. They made it very easy by quickly emailing an estimate with a variety of options/prices clearly listed. I submitted my choice and they called within minutes to set up install. A couple days later they replaced opener + springs. Couldn't be happier!

Yelp5The entire process was seamless. Several days back, I called multiple local companies to ask for quotes on either a repair or replacement for a new garage door opener system, and potentially a new door. Steve at All Around was simply amazing when I called. Even though I was 'just a phone call', he spent a solid 15 minutes with me on the phone, answering all of my questions, and asking many questions in turn to help create a good quality quote. Customer service was 'ok' with the other companies, but All Around really shone right off the bat. Steve came out a few days later to take a look and take some measurements. Despite the oldness of my system, he still attempted a repair in case on was feasible. Ultimately the motor was beyond repair, and he did suggest a new system and we did opt for the new door as well. A few days later, the installer came out and completed the job in less than 4 hours! He was super friendly, efficient, courteous, and explained everything clearly. I was pleasantly surprised how easy everything was, and our new door looks and sounds amazing. And there was never any attempt to upsell, no ambiguity with the price, and I paid to the penny what I was quoted originally. I will certainly recommend All Around to anyone who needs garage door service. While I know there are a few other good companies out there as well that offer good service, I was really happy that All Around really seems to take their customer service as seriously as they do. And quality is great. Certainly a top-notch company in my opinion.

Angi5Work went well. They replaced a couple of garage doors at our home a couple of years ago. The work they performed this time was at another home at another address. The door was old, but still in good condition. It needed parts replaced, cable replaced, garage door opener chain adjusted, etc. Maintenance type work that needed to be performed. Will call again if any other work needs to be done. Services Rendered: Service call to replace garage door weather strip, replace rollers, etc.

Angi5They came out and removed some very old wooden garage doors that were deteriorated on my two car garage. Our garage is the original garage from 1927 so of course there was some obstacles to work around but the gentleman that was doing the installation did a phenomenal job and the doors look and work as they should. Would definitely highly recommend and I will be passing along there name any chance I get. Services Rendered: Installed 2 new garage doors

Yelp5Busted Garage Door Spring. We have an "antique" door, built in the 60s, solid wood and impossible to move without a spring. Rather than let us spend too much time with lawnmower trapped in the garage, Jacob came out fixed it quickly, put in quality springs, and the whole job was a couple hundred less bucks than some of the competitors I called. Yelp5We have used All Around Door & Gate for 13 years. They always respond quickly & have excellent prices! The technician explains what needs repaired, why and gives and estimate. Once the repair is complete he checked to make sure everything was in working order, greased up all the moving parts & cleaned up the area. Very professional, friendly & timely. Highly recommend!

Yelp5All Around Gate recently did a job for me where they installed a solar panel to power a gate opener, and did an excellent job -- actually fabricating a mounting for the solar panel (on the site) when the factory-built mounting didn't work out. Steve, the owner, has fixed my gate on at least a couple occasions, once working through driving rain in order to finish the work and not leave me stranded. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Yelp1All Around Door came out to fix a keypad that they installed. They took the bad part out of the keypad and switched it to another part of the system, which of course broke the other keypad immediately. I called and left a message, which was not returned. A full MONTH later, All Around Door has still not returned my call, meanwhile my customers, mailman & delivery services are literally getting stuck inside the gate and CANNOT get out. So, I call again- finally I get Steve on phone and he tells me what his guy did with the bad part, that they'll be out to fix it a week later and need to order the keypad. A week after that, there is still no sign of All Around Door, but I assumed the delay is because they are waiting on the part to come in, and I decide to just be patient... Then, the secretary actually calls me and wants to know why I haven't paid for the incompetent service that broke my keypad!! I get Steve on the phone again and he says that he has not even ordered the other part yet. You are kidding me. I ask him why, and why we did not get a call back for over a month when he knew he made a bad mistake switching bad parts. Steve's reply was "why don't you use another company?" We will, and so should you. This is ridiculous. If you choose to use them, make sure you document their time, because this bad service call took less than their 1/2 hour minimum, but they billed me for a full hour.
