Google5After extensive research, I found Saranac had the best reviews online so I decided to give them a call and now I know why. Al (the owner) returned my call back almost immediately after leaving a voicemail. He was able to schedule me in two days later and did not disappoint. My husband and I were not anticipating getting the problem resolved the same day but Al made it happen. Not only did he call explaining he was ahead of schedule and will be arriving 20 minutes before our scheduled window frame of 12-3, he was very quick and extremely reasonably priced. He was also very professional, informative and honest. My husband and I were very satisfied with his work and would most definitely recommend him to everyday we know. Thank you again Al.

Google5Al was so easy to work with and without a doubt the most reasonably priced company we received an estimate from. Other companies quoted us almost $1,000 more for the same garage door set up we purchased from him. Our garage door literally started falling apart not long after our quote from him and he expedited our install which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new garage door!

Google5Al is the best! We had such a great experience with with Saranac! We found Al through a Google Search earlier this year to fix a spring with our previous garage door that we wanted to replace to begin with. Al was punctual, responsive and reliable in helping us pick out and install our brand new garage door which we love. Very modern and changes the feel when you pull up to our house. I highly recommend Saranac if you need a repair or new garage door.

We appreciate the time he took to explain options and various manufacturers. And we valued his opinion and the fact that he didn't try to upswell or push anything on us. Would definitely recommend!!!

Angi5He did a great job installing my new garage door. He even put new seals around the door. It looks fantastic!!! I would not hesitate to recommend him or call him if I ever needed anything else. He came while I was working to install, I didn’t have to miss work. Sent the bill to me thru email with a link to pay online. It was extremely easy. When I got home everything was done everything cleaned up remotes were on a counter top with all my paperwork. Services Rendered: New garage door, tracks and opener

Angi5Installed a new opener and the guide tracks. He explained the opener and the outdoor key pad. Everything works perfectly. (side note: I happened to find the receipt for the original opener from another company -about 15 or 20 years ago - The new installation by Saranac was LESS than I paid for old opener from another company). I would definitely recommend Saranac. Services Rendered: New garage door opener.

Angi5We have a 3 car garage. When the 30 year old opener failed on the 2 car door I knew it was time to replace both door openers. It was a minor emergency since my wife could not manually operate the doors. Al of Saranac Home Services was able to re-arrange his schedule and replace both openers the same day I called. He is knowledgeable and courteous and did an excellent job. He has my highest recommendation Services Rendered: Garage Doors openers
