We called a few minutes ago, and a lady answered the phone. She was rude and told us Smooth Door doesn't do any free estimates even though they state the contrary on their website. We went with other options.

Smooth Door is the best! You can always rely on Mark or Mick to show up when you need them and get the job done promptly, efficiently, and fairly priced.... they've been taking care of our garage door for over 20 years! Just had a new one installed today, the crew was finished with the whole installation and clean up in less than 2 hours, looks great!

Excellent customer service. I called at 845a inquiring about having a technician come service my garage door that wouldn't close all the way. Technician called me back at 850a saying he could come now. He came fixed my rusty broken bracket on the door, now it's back functioning like before. Took him no time. He was done by 910a. I'm very pleased.

On jan 17. I called smooth door to come out to home to get the 40year old garage door opened and door up as my vehicle was locked in the garage. I had to crawl under the door with 10 inches of snow to get into garage...no matter how hard I tried to get garage door up, the door would not move. On jan 18 owner came out at 745am and dismantled 40year old garage door and I was able to get vehicle out of garage with no damage. On jan 19 a crew came out and installed new door. Amazing I would highly recommend smooth door. The owner and crew were very professional.prompt, did a fantastic excellent job

Mark at Smooth Door is the best!!! My garage door needed repairing on Friday, and I looked up previous conversations on the app "Next Door", and Mark was highly recommended. I had called others as well, but he responded IMMEDIATELY, came out on Monday and quoted a fair price, came back Tuesday morning at 8am and door was working better than new by 9am. He was knowledgeable, fair priced, professional, and personable. If you need a garage door repaired, I highly recommend Mark at Smooth door. Gary and Mahni

These guys are amazing, I couldn't be happier. I woke up to a broken garage door and needed to get to work. They didn't charge a ridiculous fee to come out, they arrived within the hour ( I didn't expect that or say it was an emergency), the price was very reasonable and completed fast (less than 45 min). Recently I have had nothing but bad customer service with various home projects, so this was refreshing. I will absolutely call them for any future repairs.

Excellent. Prompt. Good Service. Fairly Priced. We recently had a new garage built. A few weeks ago we had electricity installed in our new garage. The next step was to get a remote garage door opener. We called Smooth Door day before yesterday and Mark came out this morning. "Smooth Door" is a good name for their company, because everything ran so smoothly! We now have a new LiftMaster Garage Door Opener installed with 2 remotes. We are very happy!!

This was a terrific experience. I called at 8:00 am, got a call back five minutes later, and Mark, the technician, was at my house by 8:15. He quickly diagnosed the problem - the front of the rail had snapped out of its bracket - and devised a repair that was much better than the original install. Quick, professional work. Very pleased! And the price was reasonable, as well. Services Rendered: Garage door was not closing

Everything has been working great. Very fair price; kept to original quote. Services Rendered: Garage door was stuck at an angle. Mick came as soon as he could the next morning, and was able to pry the door open and repair a broken cable and other parts. Also lubed the rollers, and told me how to do it myself.

The spring was replaced and both doors were fixed and now work perfectly. I called in the afternoon, and they came the next morning. The door technician was here for about two hours. Services Rendered: One overhead garage door was completely stuck with a broken spring. The other door would come down so fast, I was worried someone would get severely hurt if unaware.

Cable snapped on older garage door. I called Smooth Door the next morning and they were at my house in 90 minutes. He fixed the cable quickly and gave me what I thought was a fair price for the work. Since I'd been meaning to replace the door, I asked for a quote and we agreed on an installation date. Installation took a couple hours (on the hottest day of the year, I might add). The guys were professional and the door looks so much better than the old wood door with peeling paint. Services Rendered: Snapped cable, then new garage door install
