Horrible customer service and communication. Unreliable. Never showed up. We had an appointment with them but no communication. We reached out on the day of and they said they needed to reschedule, no big deal, things happen. Waited until that appointment, same thing, no communication from them so we reached out and they needed to reschedule, was a little upset but again, things happen. Waited again, no communication, never showed up, when we reached out again to tell them to just cancel our service, they responded with "Not sure what happened, but we'll address it for the future." Definitely won't have our business in the future.

I highly recommend American Overhead Door. They were friendly and helpful from purchase to installation. Leslie took the time to explain our options and made sure we were getting everything we wanted. Dustin and Victoria did a great job with the installation and explained how to set up and operate the garage doors. Thanks to everyone involved.

Just wanted to recommend this company in Bryan/College Station. They came to my house and installed some new sensors. They had been there about one month earlier. They honored their labor warranty and did an excellent job. Dustin was very professional and explained what he was doing. The quick prompt response to my call really sold me. Again, I recommend doing business with this company.

This is a local company in Bryan who has skilled technicians, fair prices, and wonderful service. They are prompt and professional and don't try to sell you more than you want or need. They were quick to provide me with a quote for additional products when I asked, but were honest about the condition of my existing equipment. I appreciate their expertise and was impressed with their price - - what they quote is what you pay. I will be calling on them again when I am ready to upgrade my old doors.

My garage door went out on a Sunday and American Overhead Door had a tech out the next day and got my garage door running again. I would highly recommend them!
