Google5Matthew was in the area so he came out immediately to assess the problem with my garage door. He provided a reasonable explanation for the problem I was having and told me nothing needed to be done if I could live with the noise it was making upon opening. Other garage door service people that I had look at the door couldn't even tell me what the problem was.

Google5Prompt response, flexible schedule, quick service, fair price, no nonsense straight forward 100% customer satisfaction all with a warranty to boot! I don't hire people often to work on our house but when the spring on our garage door suddenly broke I looked for a professional to handle the job because I had no knowledge and didn't want to assume any risks involved with the repair. I choose BCS Overhead Door just based on a quick Google search and the amount of positive reviews they had. After that it was literally one phone call that took place in under a minute, and had I not been at work that morning they would've come sooner however they quickly offered to come take a look at it that same afternoon after I got home from work. I assumed this afternoon visit was for a quick quote with the need for a rescheduled appointment at a later date. However they arrived on time as promised and got out of the truck with tools in hand and after quick inspection they informed me on their pricing ($399 single spring replacement) ($499 double spring replacement) which I agreed to and our garage was up and running in less than an hour. Was even able pay with a card which made the whole transaction that much more convenient. When our spring broke a few other minor parts got damaged along with it. I feared this would cause the usual extra tacked on charges however he inspected everything and fixed it all within his original price. It's hard to find customer service these days where people don't try to string you along and then end up overcharging you for everything under the sun. In less than 24hrs we had our garage door back up and running even better than it was before. They only reason it took that long was my hesitation to call sooner.

Google5I would give BCS Overhead Door 10 stars if Google would let me! I called right before closing time and they came out the next morning at 10:00 am. Eric was my technician and he was very professional, well prepared with all the right tools and finished the repair super quickly. While he was here I showed him another door that needed some adjustment and told him I would call Matt to set up another time for him to come fix that one, but Eric said he could do it right then, which he did very well and fast. I manage a self storage facility with lots of doors, and I've been looking for a go-to door repair company. Well...I found them.

Google5I was having issues with my ancient garage door unit. Eric and Adam came the next day and replaced our garage door unit, plus sensors and keypads. They were here on time and finished in about an hour. Great service! Highly recommend! Will use them for all our garage door needs! Thanks!

Google5BCS Overhead Door's speedy response is what puts them above the others in Garage Door Repairs. Called other places and got voicemail BCS pick right up. Tech Eric Powell was awesome. In less than an hour brought my garage door back to life with a new spring.

BBB5I called BCS Overhead Door to have a repair done on my garage door.They are very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
