Excellent service!! Derrick came within 2 hours to help fix our garage door that came of its track. He not only did a fantastic job repairing it, he found several builder mistakes when the garage was installed and took the time to adjust everything for us. He gave us great advice and was very instructive walking us through how he repaired everything and even left us with a can of lubricant for the door, and extra hinge screws in case any come loose in the future. He went above and beyond and we will definitely be reaching out to Secure Overhead Doors for all of our garage door needs in the future.
Called them on a Friday to get a quote and they were able to come out same day. They gave me an honest and thorough walk through of all the issues with my garage door, but didn't try to oversell me. They then gave me a very very fair price quote and offered to do the work right then and there, at 5PM on a Friday! They were super professional, honest, and did excellent work and the price was unbeatable. I'd highly recommend if you're needing garage work done!
My garage door spring busted on Saturday (of course) of a holiday weekend. I called Derick and he was at our home within a few hours that day. He was courteous, professional and thoroughly explained all options. He got our garage door functioning that day and came back to install the new spring. Derick not only fixed the broken spring and installed some new rollers, but he took the time to provide a lot of helpful maintenance tips. He also greased the main garage door and a golf cart garage door.
