I can't express enough how thrilled I am with ASAP Garage Door Service! Shay is truly exceptional. Not only did they respond promptly, but Shay's expertise shone through as he identified and fixed the issue with my garage door on the very same day. Previously, Shay and his father were fixing a neighbors garage and he kindly helped me troubleshoot my weatherstrip issue and left me his card.
I have a Wayne Dalton garage door and my torsion spring is located inside the rod, Shay was able to replace it to where the torsion spring is now on the outside so in another 6-10 years when it wears, only the spring has to be replaced and not the whole system.
His professionalism, respect, and kindness made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this company, for any garage door needs and know that you will be taken care of. They've earned my highest praise and trust!"
