It was a Sunday and we needed to get our garage door fixed urgently. I called one company and left a message, but didn't get a call back. Thank God I called ASAP Garage Door Service. Shay answered the phone and came by promptly to give me a free quote. The quote was fair, so I accepted it, and Shay was able to get our garage door up and running in no time. Excellent job! Appointment timeline was extremely fast. Friendly service. When it came to the visit, they were extremely quick in identifying multiple issues causing the main issue, fixing them just as fast. They came back next day for a follow on issue that was not a result of their initial work for no charge. A real professional business.
Billy was great! My garage door wouldn't open (of course it was Monday morning) and he was able to fix the problem very quickly. He then suggested that I replace the garage door soon which I knew was the right thing to do...the old one was the original so roughly 40 years old. Billy was honest, professional, accommodating and attentive to ensuring the install was done correctly. I could not be happier with the outcome. Came home from work on a Saturday night to have my garage door fold on its way down. Sunday morning called ASAP Garage Door and Shay was out almost immediately to look at it. I'd say within 20 minutes. He was able to bend the door back into shape for the garage to open and for me to get my car out of it. He waived the fee for the fix since I ordered a new garage door through them. Price was reasonable and the top of the door is reinforced so this issue doesn't happen again. I had a new door ordered which arrived in just under 72 hours on Wednesday. A technician came to install it and Shay also stopped by to see how the install was going. Very speedy and professional service. I would most definitely do business with them in the future and I will be recommending them to anyone I encounter with garage door issues. It's almost impossible to get same day service nowadays but this company really cares and made it happen. 5 stars to Shay and the installer!
I can't express enough how thrilled I am with ASAP Garage Door Service! Shay is truly exceptional. Not only did they respond promptly, but Shay's expertise shone through as he identified and fixed the issue with my garage door on the very same day. Previously, Shay and his father were fixing a neighbors garage and he kindly helped me troubleshoot my weatherstrip issue and left me his card. I have a Wayne Dalton garage door and my torsion spring is located inside the rod, Shay was able to replace it to where the torsion spring is now on the outside so in another 6-10 years when it wears, only the spring has to be replaced and not the whole system. His professionalism, respect, and kindness made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this company, for any garage door needs and know that you will be taken care of.
