Google5Exceptional garage door repair and customer service. A wheel came off the track as the door opened this morning and completely unwound the cable making the door very uneven. Called Father & Son Garage Door Co and a hour and a half later the garage was repaired and back to normal. Sheridan did an excellent job explaining the situation and twenty minutes later he had everything fixed. Garage door problems? This the company you need to go with 100%!

Google5Father and Sons got me scheduled quickly and gave me an accurate estimate. The tech called and let me know ow when he would be here. He performed maintenance, reprogram ed my remotes for security and installed an outdoor keypad, and made recommendations for prolonging the life of my garage door. My tech "T" did the work PROFESSIONALLY. and under the estimated time frame. I will use Father and Suns for all my garage door needs in the future.

Google5Topi repaired our garage door for us after the spring and one of the struts broke. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the parts of our system, ensured our panels were still in working condition, and explained why certain pieces needed to be replaced. His estimate was accurate and he even left to grab the parts he needed and came back and had the door repaired in just a few hours. 10/10 would recommend!

Google5If I could give this company more than 5 stars I definitely would. John and Toby came in to fix my garage door, they were like 'we can fix this', and just went at it, they were so quick and efficient! I was really amazed at how easily and immaculately they fixed it, while this other company I called prior to calling Father and Son garage took the lazy option and were like we would have to replace the door without even really trying. They fixed it to near perfection at a very reasonable price too. If I ever need help again(hopefully not), they'd be the first ones I'd call.

Google5What a great experience with Father and Son Garage Doors, I love my beautiful new garage doors! So glad to find an honest local company to work with after dealing with a terrible garage door company previously that were very pushy, overpriced and left me with garage doors that did not work properly and I couldn't use after a tune up. No pushy sales and trying to get me to buy what I didn't need and all at a very affordable price. Everyone I communicated with was very friendly and got back to me quickly. The new doors were installed last week and have been working great. I will not hesitate to call Father and Son Garage Doors in the future to maintain my new doors and garage door openers.

My technician, Sheridan, was on time, courteous, friendly, and walks on water and eats fire in my book on knowledge and exceptional customer service. As others have reported, I have used many different companies for my garage door needs and maintenane in the past, and as they say, I am never going back. I have found the Pros and they are called Father & Son Garage Door Company!

Google5I have lived in the area for almost 30 years, and have used a number of garage door companies, and none of them were bad. But this company, Father and Son Garage Door, really sticks out way above the rest. They were punctual, efficient, professional, friendly, and gave me a very in-depth detailed explanation of what they were going to do and then they did it. Prices also are also excellent. All personnel from the moment I booked the appointment, until the moment they were done, were outstanding. Also they were able to make my appointment within just a few days of calling. I don't think you can get that service anywhere in town that I'm aware of. Very good communication. This company is a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this company for any of your garage door needs. I don't think this company can be beat.

Google5Andrew and Gabe are the best! They initially stopped by for a quote and were punctual and easy to work with, did not force me into anything I did not need. They came back a week later for 2 new doors, tracks, springs, and trim and did a phenomenal job! Everything adjusted well to the point this new setup works so much better than before! I was recommended Father and Son by my dad, boss, coworkers, etc and I can see why!

One of the others never replied--won't try them again! We booked an appointment with Father & Son for the next day. They (two of them) arrived early, finished quickly, and were thorough in their explanation of their work. Payment was seamless. Angi5My old wooden garage doors that came with the house finally gave up the ghost and I needed to replace. Having had a superb experience with Father & Son Garage Door Company previously I did not hesitate to use them again (see my other review for that excellent experience). Dan (owner) came out expeditiously and I had a quote the same day. I had priced some installations with some other companies and it was clear I was getting a fantastic deal for two double steel insulated garage doors. And to top it off they also agreed to make a courtesy repair to my current damaged door so I could access my garage while my order processed - bonus! And much appreciated. The next day I informed them of my style and color choices and the order was placed. The doors arrived early and several days later were installed. Mike came out and installed the doors and I am thrilled with the quality, fast and efficient installation and operation of the doors. Everything went off without a hitch. Amazing job! I love these guys, professional and fast work, wonderful price. I recommend Father & Son without reservation to my friends on Angie's List - these guys ROCK! Angi5Quick and efficient with courteous, knowledgeable servicemen. In and out under an hour arrived inside service window. Called late Friday, arrived Monday morning after giving advice on how to open door without spring to get the car out. You'll need two sturdy people! They gave a Military Discount. Services Rendered: Replaced two springs and tuned up door.

Angi5The torsion spring that was already clamped together broke again on Friday evening. Check Angie's list and found 3 companies that claimed to be available on Saturdays. Father & Sons was the first to call back. Father & Sons was the only one to call back. Scheduled a repair for Monday. Father & Sons arrived on time, repaired the spring in less than an hour and charge their standard rate for spring replacement. No surprises. John even screwed down some door trim at no extra cost. Father & Sons done good. Services Rendered: Replace broken torsion springs.

Angi5Spring broke on mother's day and my car was stuck inside garage. They fit me into their schedule right away and had a crew on site ready to work first thing Monday morning. All the repairs were completed in a snappy 30 minutes. I thought I was watching an Indy 500 pit crew as they moved through the effort at lightning speed. They were fast. Real fast! They caught and fixed some things the other garage door company had done wrong on a previous effort as well - bonus! And to top it off the garage door is about 60% quieter now after completion. Friendly, courteous, conscientious, Superb effort from a team of professionals!! Great price. I will absolutely hire them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends on Angie's list!
