Google5My husband had a little accident with the garage door rail. I called Precision Garage Door of Colorado Springs and they came out the same day! The technician, Mitch Flewig, had to make a trip back to the shop and did everything all in the same morning. We were very pleased with the customer service and expertise provided by Mitch. We highly recommend this business!

Google5Had a great experience with Precison Garage Door and technician Stephen. Came home after dropping kids and door won't open with remote. Coil spring is busted and needs replacement. I called right away and someone was there within the hour to inspect, repair, and get me going again. It was amazing and Stephen did a great job in such a short time. Highly recommend.

Google5Logan Frazier, Precision Garage Door technician, came to my home on a Sunday and addressed my issue respectfully and intelligently. His customer service quality satisfied any future concerns. Therefore, we parted company with my being properly educated thus having gained satisfaction in knowing what he had provided me with comes from only great quality service. Google5I am very pleased with the service call today to repair my garage door. The technician, Stephen Z., was very polite, informative, and patient with all my questions. I feel that he went above and beyond what was required in order to resolve the issues today. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who needs work done on their garage door.

From Leigh their estimation professional, to Sean the most competent and respectful , honest and trustworthy manager in charge of making sure everything is done right! Down to the back bone of the company, with qualified service technicians like Justin and Jeffery that go through their day making quality installs and picture perfect garage door finishes. BBB5Date of service: 27-September-2023:Our very old (20+) Python2 garage door opener died needed replaced. After troubleshooting, ****** and ****** determined the unit needed replacing and were able to preform the replacement in less than an hour. Very pleased with the professionalism and service provided.

Google5Stephen was my man! He came out w/ in 2 hours after calling and got me a quick estimate on my garage door (and fixed the damned door too). He also brought to my attention other parts that needed to be serviced soon, but didn't pressure me after I said no. He was able to quickly and efficiently install new garage door springs with no issue. I really appreciated his candor and easy going attitude. He's also a fellow service member who served in the Army "Hooah" If you decide to give these guys a call you can expect competitive pricing and exemplary installation.

BBB5I was very impressed with the service provided by Precision Garage Door of CS. **** and ****** installed a new garage door opener and replaced some well worn hardware. They were professional and gave me several options to choose from. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they arrived when expected. They did an excellent job. They obviously take pride in their work.
