Faulty installation of 2 garage doors resulted in $865 damage to my vehicle. Repairman returned to correct faulty installation which appears to be successful so far. I would never use this company again.

The original garage door on our house failed in spectacular fashion, necessitating a complete replacement. We contacted Eddie's and ordered a new system. It took a few weeks for the system to arrive, but once in, the system was professionally installed (inc, door panels, hardware, rails and weather strips/seals) in a matter of a couple hours. I would recommend Eddie's Garage Doors to anyone.

My spring broke Sunday night. I called at 7:15 Monday morning, hoping to see someone by Wednesday. Eddie himself answered the phone and said he'd have someone at my house by 10, but since I was so close, if I needed to get my car out he'd run over and help me. It wasn't that much of an emergency. At 8:20a TJ showed up. Very professional (shook my hand, that means a lot to me) He had two new spring installed in 30 minutes. We ran the door up and down several times to make sure we were good. Without a doubt I found my new garage door company. Friendly service, experienced techs, very reasonably prices.
We woke up on a Wednesday morning and our garage door wouldn't open. The spring had broken, we could not lift the door to get our cars out. I called Eddie's at 7:05 in the morning. The call was answered by someone named Eddie, unsure if it was the owner or not. He was very polite on the phone. I explained our situation and he said he could get someone to us by 930. About 9 Clayton from Eddie's Garage Doors arrived. He came in to assess the situation and realized what happened right away. He walked back to his truck got the replacement part and fixed it on the spot. 30 minutes later he was done. He said we could send a check with him or call with a credit card. They would send a bill/receipt in the mail. One year Warranty. We are very happy with the prompt professional service we received.

Chris, the technician arrived right on schedule and was extremely professional, providing me with a diagnosis and cost, which honestly with minimal! He fixed it on the spot in about 15 minutes. Chris was also very informative when I asked about future replacements if and when needed, as my garage door and opener are quite old . Chet walked me through several trouble shooting ideas. He was willing to do this for me, while he waited on the phone, for NO CHARGE! I then tried several of his ideas throughout the morning, and failed to fix my own garage door. I then called Chet back to make an appointment to have them make a service call. He was going to make sure that the truck had appropriate equipment when they arrived, so I went out to the garage to tell him exactly which make and model garage door opener I had. When he heard the model of the opener, he told me one more thing to try to fix the problem, and IT WORKED! Thank you Chet for your patience.
