Awesome job on my garage door springs!! I will now have him do my garage door opener. Great service give him a try.
I needed a new garage door and called several of the " bigger name" companies and none answered the phone or returned a message. Should have just gone with the smaller and local guys from the start. Neil called back in a matter of minutes and discussed exactly what I needed. We set up a time to replace the door and when the day came they arrived right on time. From arrival to completely installing all new rails, springs, door and weather trim was just under 2 hours. No mess left behind. Finished price matched the phone quote exactly. Great guys doing everything you ask for without any upsale. Update...Door was making what I though were some unusual movements so called Neil and 2 days later they were looking at the door. After 9 months it needed a touch of adjustment and they quickly solved the problem. While there they lubed everything and adjusted the springs as Neil wasn't happy with what he saw them doing. 20 minutes and NO CHARGE! Neil said "it's my door and I make sure you're happy with it." These gentlemen do business the right way and stand behind it. Don't waste time with the others just give them a call!
I happened to see the company working across the street. I spoke to the rep and asked about a new door opener. They quoted a price and were able to come the next day(today) and all is new and wonderful. Give them a try and you will be happy like me.
