Google5Great job. Highly recommend. Garage door broke on a Friday afternoon and precision had someone come out on Saturday morning and fixed it. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and repaired my door fairly quickly. Would definitely use again

Google5Service technician arrived early and was courteous when greeting me. He validated what service was required and addressed those issues voiced. He then addressed added service concerns not known to the customer. Richard was professional and thorough and responded to all questions. The experience was good.

Google5Precision rep did a precise inspection. He pointed out weak points in my door system; he explained operational prospects; he gave clear options and quotes; and lubricated hinges. No pressure ot hyperbole. When my door or motor fails I will call Precision.

Google5John was so polite and professional. He was patient with all our questions and was very knowledgeable of the product he sells. No need for us to get a quote from another company to compare. The price was reasonable and we made the deal!! Can't wait to have our doors installed! 1-18-24 - Doors installed today!! The techs were amazing and didn't mind our hovering around and asking questions! The doors look amazing and they are so quiet! Thank you, Precision Door!

Google5I had a tune-up and inspection on my garage door system performed by Jeremy Wilson today. I appreciate d the easy communication with my service tech and was more than satisfied with the service. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Precision in the future. PS: My door is much quieter as well.

Google5Michael arrived on time and gave me a detailed explanation of what he would be doing. He was very meticulous in the safety inspection and installation of a new garage opener. He answered all my questions, gave advice, and was very polite, courteous, and professional-so impressive! Michael had all parts needed stocked on his truck. I am so pleased with his performance and especially the new and quiet garage door opener! Thank you- Michael deserves a raise!!!

Google5Called to get an estimate for garage door replacement and an estimator arrived within three hours. John went over all the details of what we wanted, tested for lead on the old door-- it was positive-- then took about 20 minutes and printed off a detailed description of the work along with an itemized price. Great service, prompt response! I could not ask for more. Very professional! The installation went quite well. We have a low garage, so the installation was not usual. The two-man crew handled it with aplomb and left with a professional job. We are very pleased.
