On a Friday afternoon around four o'clock, our garage door spring snapped. Unable to open the door manually, I made a quick check on garage door repair services reviews and called Pro Lift of Lake Murray. The gentleman that took my call was very professional and kind. The next morning, Allen, a Pro Lift technician, arrived to assess our problem. We had suspected that the door was struggling for a while and Allen went through every aspect of the door operation and parts. We discussed options and pricing. Not wanting to be stuck in the garage again, I had Allen overhaul the door. The outcome was amazing. Our once rattling and struggling door open now opens quietly and smoothly. We are very glad we chose this company to save us. Thanks to Allen for his great service and professional-polite manner.
