Excellent service and a job well done. Why learn to DIY a garage door when these guys do it so well? I was going to try to install my own garage door. After ordering one from Home Depot, waiting 6 months, and then Home Depot losing the order for another 2 months I was over it. They made me track down my own order and then wouldn't offer me any discount for "losing" a 16 foot long garage door for 2 months. The Garage Door Co ordered the door and had it installed all for only a couple hundred bucks more than I had spent on the door from Home Depot. In about 2 weeks from inception. Worth it. And they didn't miss any part of the installation - new weather seal, new opener, tracks and all.

I have used The Garage Door Company for almost as long as they have been in business. I have never had anything but great service from them. I used them on my new construction homes, my personal home, my commercial doors, and I have recommended them anytime someone has mentioned garage doors around me. I highly recommend JR and Garry and The Garage Door Company for installs, maintenance, or repairs.

Called in today because my garage door wouldn't close, By phone the receptionist troubleshooted with me and I was able to fix in a jif at no cost. I am thrilled with the honesty and knowledge that assisted me with this issue , I highly recommend this company as they could have charged me to come out and be dishonest, what a breath of fresh air and just a load of my plate! Thank you so much.

If I could rate 10 stars, I certainly would. As my wife left this morning, the garage door somehow came down on her car. It was bent, off the rollers and the cable came undone. I was sure a replacement would be the only remedy. After attempting to get it closed somehow, I figured I was gonna get myself injured and thought I should call a professional. I googled garage door companies and found The Garage Door Company. I called right at 8am opening time and left a message. Within 10 minutes, I received a call back from Debbie. I explained the situation and she said she'd she if they could get out here today. Luckily, she said Gary could be here between 10 and 12. He was here right at 10. I was completely impressed with his knowledge, skills and above all, his honesty. He could have hit a home run with me and didn't. He actually was able to fix this mess saving me thousands. If you need garage door work, look no further than The Garage Door Company. Thank you Gary!!!

My first time using this company. I called on Wednesday and Mr Willuans (owner) called me on Thursdsy morning to let me know he was on the way. He performed the necessary repairs and serviced the rollers and springs also. He went above and beyond on this service. I was surprised at how the repairs cost. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend him to neighbors and friends. Such a joy to receive great service in this day and age.

Could not be happier with the service I received from Gary with the Garage Door Company. He was fast, efficient and very reasonable. He knew our financial constraints and never tried up selling me. In fact, he helped us save some money. I would recommend his services to everyone!

Great. Gary returned our call on a Saturday. The issue was not an emergency and by Monday we had an appointment for that day. Technician called first, came on time, repaired the problem and did extra: tightening bolts on the door, and lubricating hinges and the large spring. A different company showed up, said it was a busted motor and would cost about $500. They never even took the time to consider other options. Our door is functioning normally again. We will definitely hire again. Services Rendered: Repair garage door button and replace sensors.

They did what they said they were going to do. They even replaced a bad switch on the opener at no additional charge. No complaints. The door looks good. Services Rendered: I had them replace my 16x7 garage door, springs, cables, cable spools. I selected the economy model as it was basically a newer model of what I had. I kept my opener and rails.

My mother recently needed a new motor for her garage door. After calling several companies, I contacted "The Garage Door Company"...Get this now.., they're price was HALF, yes HALF what the other places wanted for the same motor. We set up an appointment time and day, and they were here right when they said they would be. The young gentleman who came was very polite, and patient with me and all my questions. He was proficient in his job, and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would highly recommend The Garage Door Company for any garage door needs. P.S. If you call and get the voice mail, they will call you back promptly, not 2 or 3 days later. I'm telling you, I was very impressed with all aspects of the way they run this business....I highly recommend "The Garage Door Company" !!!!!
