I called Precision Garage Door Services yesterday and Xaveuis, the repairman was here this morning to assess and make needed repairs. Xaveius called approx. 30 minutes before arriving and was very professional and helpful. He did a thorough assessment of the problems, presented 3 options (with written estimates), explained each option, then completed the work in a timely and thorough manner after I selected the option I wanted. Our garage door is working again and the loud noises are gone, too. I am very pleased with the service we received.
