I initially had them out to replace the springs on my door. The guys replaced the springs then the operator died. It was pretty old. They were super nice and put a temporary lock on my door until they could replace the operator, which was the following day. They were both polite and answered my questions, cleaned everything up. I would definitely recommend them.
I've found my "forever" garage door repair company! Right from the start Carol was very patient with me while I tried to measure a spring so she could provide me with an accurate cost. I must have called her back three times and never once did she make me feel like I was a bother. She was so helpful and kind. The technician, Brian was able to come out the same day and replace the springs on my garage door. Brian was very professional and equally nice! This morning I was having a problem opening my garage door. I called All Pro this morning and they sent the technician out at 11:00. His name was Jeff and he was excellent. He repaired my door and told me what had happened. The price was reasonable and I was able to use my coupon from Angie's list. The woman doing the scheduling was kind and efficient. Mike K was came out on Saturday morning and was able to quickly install the 2 garage door openers fairly quickly. He was professional and showed me everything I needed to do and got me all set up with both garage door openers. I would use them again. Services Rendered: I needed 2 garage door openers installed. I have 2 garages and opener on the main garage stopped working (it was from 1993). I called All Pro Doors and got on their calendar quickly. There were some scheduling issues and the offered to come out on Saturday.
