When I called I was able to get an appointment with a day and a half. The repair person called ahead and showed up on time. He immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem He also lubricated all three garage doors. The repairman showed me what to do the next time this failure happened so I would not need another service call for this issue. He was very friendly and quite competent. The company that actually showed up was Nofzinger Doors which had merged with Expert. The side of the truck had both names but the check was made out to Nofzinger. Services Rendered: Repair garage door safety mechanism would not allow door to close.

Expert Garage Doors was the first listing after the ads, so I called them. Friendly guy answered the phone and told me they could get to my house within an hour or two. Andrew called within an hour to give me a heads up that he was on his way. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 15 minutes, including my attempt at fixing the springs. When he showed me the result, it looked good. I am thinking about selling my house, so I asked him about some minor, aesthetic issues with the door, and he said that they looked like a regular garage door -- not worth the expense to fix. This job could not have gone better. Thank you! Services Rendered: The top of the garage door was leaning inward after it broke a few months ago. Andrew added support to make it flush again.

Garage door would not stay closed.Called Expert Garage Door (who we've used before) & left an after hours message. Robert from Expert Garage Door called me in the morning & said that they could be out today between noon & 2pm. He called back again letting me know that they had a service tech that could be here in about 20 minutes. Andrew (the tech) arrived around 10am & had the broken relay wire fixed & the opener adjusted in about 30 minutes.With this kind of service ,I can see us using them in the future. Services Rendered: Serviced a malfunctioning garage door opener.

Angela scheduled the appointment so Russ would be nearby already. She was friendly. I had purchased a garage door inspection and roller replacement deal through Angie's List and the appointment was scheduled for a week away from the time I called. Russ was also friendly and seemed to know a lot about garage doors. He inspected the door, replaced the rollers, and replaced some hinges that had broken off prior to the visit. Two of the panels were sagging so he suggested bracing them to prevent further damage to the door. He advised getting a new garage door opener in the future (and left some literature with models and prices) to meet knew safety standards. He showed me the sticker that indicated the door and opener were installed in the 80s. It was only additional $66 for the bracing and extra hinges. The garage door is the quietest its been the entire time we've lived here.

The torsion spring in our garage broke 2 days before an anticipated snow storm. I definitely did not want to leave my car outside for this one. I had called around for estimates and every business had quoted me three times the amount for parts alone. My last call to Expert Garage Doors saved the day. Angela was very helpful, scheduled my appointment, and gave a great estimate. Knowing that I wanted the garage fixed before the storm, Russ, the serviceman had a cancellation and was even able to make it a day earlier and called to confirm. When he arrived, it only took about an hour to complete. Great price--no competition. Professional staff--courteous and accommodating. No fuss--job done quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Thanks!

Russ was great. Came out exactly when scheduled, fixed the problem, and fixed a few other things in the process (which he didn't need to do). All the staff was friendly and their price was very reasonable. I would and will recommend to anyone.

When I initially called to inquire about their services and my garage door problem, I had to leave a voice mail message. Wow, what a great company to work with. Russ and Angela were amazing! They replaced my garage door opener and I could not have been more happy with the service, the opener, and the pricing. I have since had them back out to replace my seal and my rollers. I will recommend them until I am blue in the face.

I found this company thru Yelp when our garage door broke. I called and spoke to Angela, who was very friendly and helpful, and was able to get an appointment within 2 days for an estimate. Russ was on time and very cordial. He gave 2 estimates-one to repair and one to replace. We chose to repair it and he came back out and was able to fix it for the price quoted. He did an awesome job. Door works better than before. Russ and Angela are very friendly and professional. They do great work-highly recommended.
