the shaft was sheared due to a frozen set of bearings on the side bracket. GDS came out the day I called, assessed the problem and suggested a used shaft that was coming off a job they had on the schedule for that day. Returned later the same day with the shaft, made the repair and I am back in business. Very professional, saved me $$ with the suggestion of the used shaft and returned the same day! I would highly recommend the company.
