Everyone that came for the install was amazing ! They were all really nice and had a good time working even though it was 30deg outside. I can't thank the installers and the company enough top to bottom. I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family!

Willow window installed new windows in the front of our house, and new front and back doors. The office was very good to work with, but the installers were absolutely top notch. Not only were they prompt, but extremely polite. They came in, covered everywhere they were going to walk, took down my existing blinds, and replaced the windows. They completely cleaned everywhere they had worked, and reinstalled the blinds over the new windows. The next day they installed the doors. Very professional! I highly recommend Willow Window!
Willow Window staff are very professional and customer oriented. They came on time and got right to work. They removed the door and a window and immediately found a serious problem with the entire wall structure. Basically my wall of windows had no structural support and much of the wood holding the old windows in place was rotten. They immediately made a determination the wall had to rebuilt before the new products could be installed. The sales rep came to assess the situation. The technicians started immediately while some went out to get necessary products to rebuild the wall. They worked almost 12 hours to ensure that they could seal off the house from the outside. Then they worked iver 19 hours on day two to complete the job. They were courteous and handed working and did a great job!
If we could give them 10+ stars we would! From meeting with Jon the owner down to the workers that installed everyone has done such an EXCELLENT JOB! Everyone was so respectful, courteous, and hard working! We are so happy we chose them!
The meaning of perfection. We had some wall repair that was needed with the new door/window. The crew was very knowledgeable with what they were doing. Every step was done the way everyone hopes, with perfection. They didn't take shortcuts in the work. I was very impressed with the work they did. The quality of the products are great with many options.
The team from Willow Window cares. They care about you, your home, your family, and doing what God has called them to do. Everyone on the installation team made sure all was done safely and properly while including us in the custom process along the way. They were respectful of our home and took great care of removing the old windows and doors, installing the new, and keeping an extremely clean environment along the way. Our 4 children were home with my wife during installation and they were super nice to all and made sure to keep everyone safe. We love the high quality look and function of our new doors and windows and have already noticed a difference in our energy bills since all was installed in July. We have owned several homes and had replacement windows installed. This is the best work that I've ever experienced with a company. We had a question about one of the doors installed and Chuck was eager to come back out after installation and help us resolve the question.
