Awesome repair service. Cory came out to my home in Scio. Was on time, actually a few minutes early. Friendly. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Fixed my garage door problem in about 20 minute. Serviced my two garage doors as well. They have never operated so smoothly and quiet. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend highly. They are now on my list for annual service.

I feel terrible that I cannot remember the gentleman's name who came and repaired my garage door. I know he is the son of the owner (actually, I think the electrician said he might be the main guy now). Service was very fast, but I could tell he was very mindful of what he was in his surrounding to avoid causing any dings to the garage wall. Even with the rain pouring outside, he came and left with a smile. I appreciate small businesses for their family feel and that was the sense I got with the service I received today. The electrician who was present said some very nice things and this company has serviced his home and his family's home in the past. It is one of the highest compliments, if not the highest, to have previous REPEATED customers recommend a business. I am sold and will keep Pioneer Door in mind for any future garage door needs.
