I called this morning with a garage door problem would not go up or down stuck half way due to door being hit. Talked to Jim the owner he said someone would come this morning it wasn't long the tech arrived and fixed the problem super customer service super friendly business the tech was very knowledgeable in his field. They came, took the old one, and put the new one up. That worked great for 3 years and then I had a local guy come in and tighten up the cable for me. They were very pleasant, nice and polite. I was very happy that it was fixed. I have absolutely no complaints. The door looked great when it was done. The only reason why I did not have him come and tighten the cable, it would have been an hours drive for him. I was taking in to consideration his time just to tighten a cable.
