Saw an Ad Pages coupon from this company for a garage door tune-up for a very low price, so I called and booked an appointment, which was a really easy process. They confirmed it by both text and email with a 2-hour window. Way before the scheduled time, the tech, Steve, called to say he was running early (wow! who ever runs early in today's world?) and that if it was OK with me he would come to me next. I told him that would be great. They sent me his name and picture with a real-time map of where he was. When he arrived, he was very familiar with the setup of my door - he had once been with another company, and I think we had gotten him to service it way back when. He said he's been doing this for 16 years. I like when a tech has many years of experience like that. He did the job thoroughly and efficiently, and he even changed the 9V battery in my opener (I supplied the battery) because I was afraid to tinker with it myself. Everything works beautifully and there were no hidden charges. Very impressed with this company, and if I could give them an extra few stars for "running early," I would!
