Have used Davis Door for years for maintenance and once to convert to a high lift. Most recently they replaced a broken spring. Very happy with them! Glen and team do great work and the prices are reasonable.

Davis doors answered the first time I called. Polite and ready to hear what needed to be fixed. Their availability and willingness to accommodate day and time for scheduling it great. I had previously used them at another house. Had an issue with my garage door on a Saturday. They came out and had the issue fixed within an hour. Talk about great service! I so appreciated getting the issue fixed fast.

He was on time as promised which doesn't happen very often with other workers. Usually you get a window of time and then you're lucky if they show up in the window. I honestly thought it was a lot of money considering there were no parts replaced but it had to be done. It was $270 to put the cable back on which was not broken. I was surprised it would cost that much but it had to be done so that's fine. The man was very cooperative, friendly and helpful and came back after the initial visit because I had to move some items off of a big shelf so he could reach what he needed to. He did come back the same day right away and that was unusual and impressive.

One of our garage doors was on the fritz. I reached out to Davis Door and had a technician at my house within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes and provided us with options for repair. They were fast, professional, and fairly priced. I would use Davis Door again!

I came home around 3:00 today and low and behold my garage door decided to act up. It wouldn't let down and I could see that the pin was coming out of the wheel that keeps the door on track. The wire cable was also all tangled up.....I placed a few calls and everyone claimed to be busy and stated they could schedule a repair first thing tomorrow morning. I continued calling around using Google and every service was answered by a call center in California, smh. I called Davis Door Service and there was no answer...... So, I went to Youtube and figured I could fix it myself but I had a few stumbling blocks. 1) it was too cold and windy outside to be repairing a garage and 2) I needed help getting the little wheely thing back on track. Otherwise I could have mastered it, lol. As I was going back into the house, Davis Door Service called me and triaged the situation. He asked me my location, said he could send a tech over shortly and quoted me a price. The tech, (Felipe I think) was very nice and explained everything beforehand. He was able to complete the job quickly and explained the warranty. My garage door is running smoothly like it was previously. I'm very happy and appreciative that I found this company in my time of need.

Very expensive. I had trouble replacing the weather seal on my garage door and called Davis Door Service to install the weather seal that I had already purchased. Glenn asked for photos to make sure what I was talking about, which I appreciated. A guy came 2 days later. He had trouble as well and I had to help him. Charged me $175 for less than 2 hours of work! My fault, I guess for not getting price before work done. I usually use Overhead Door out of Granbury, but they couldn't get to me quick enough. Lesson learned.

Jonathan (who is a former Marine, for anyone who would be happy to know that there are veterans employed by the company) showed up on time, and did the work very quickly. He was extremely professional and polite. He did a great job in an efficient manner. The house is new construction (less than six months old at this time) and he lubricated the system after he made the repairs, leaving it running even quieter than it did before he arrived - and I always felt it was very quiet. When he was finished with the work, he explained everything that he had done. He told me what lubricants he used, and where I can buy them myself for future use. He gave me several tips and bits of advice to keep the door running safely, quietly, and securely for years to come, and offered to program the remote codes into our Tahoe for us, but I had already done so. Services Rendered: We had a case of criminal mischief at our house, which resulted in one of the tracks for our garage door being bent about three inches out of square. This threw the entire door out of alignment, and caused the top left and bottom right corners to come out of the tracks which caused the right cable to twist, and made the door completely inoperable, leaving it stuck in the open position. We needed to have the track straightened, secured to the wall properly, realigned, have the cable reinstalled with the proper tension, and have the door put back into the tracks in the proper alignment.
