Google5Spring Kings fixed my garage very promptly for the best price and explained everything to me throughout the entire process. They are very knowledgeable, what takes other companies 3 hours to do, these guys finish it 30 mins. I had worked with several other companies and they were completely scams. Background Story: "TBS Garage Doors" installed my garage a year ago and obviously a month after the warranty ended, my garage opener circuit board burnt out. They wouldn't help me at all, they wanted to replace the entire garage opener and other work and were asking for over $1000 dollars! Other companies also wanted to replace everything quoting me over $2000. Thankfully Spring Kings saved the day for me without charging me an arm and a leg. There are very few ethical companies out there, and Spring Kings is one of them.

Google5Spring Kings has been great for us. They've replaced our door spring and drive belt on two separate occasions in a timely manner and for a good price. The third time out they pointed out a small issue preventing the door closing and charged us nothing. They're our go-to for our garage door issues.

Yelp5Very Impressed! Kent was great, he even called and came over a day early. Tells you on the phone the cost, so there is no surprises. Mine was for two springs only took him about 30 minutes and on that day it was 107 degrees. He told me that garage door springs only last on average 10 years and he looked at the code dating on mine and that is exactly the time frame that mine had been in use. Give Kent a call.....you will be very happy you did!

Yelp5Great experience! Scheduled the appointment online, Kent gave me a heads-up when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He provided a recommendation to fix our custom spring configuration, got to work and then walked me through the completed job. He went above and beyond to make sure the door was greased properly and operating as expected. We'll be rebuilding our garage in the near future and will definitely be calling Spring Kings for the door & opener!

Google5100% must use Kent at Spring Kings. He's always repaired what needed to be repaired on my door and doesn't upsell you to pay for what you don't need. Super trustworthy, communicates on timing really well, and honest prices. A must use!

Google5I highly recommend Spring Kings Garage Door Service for your garage door repairs. Very easy to set an appointment online. Kent called and confirmed the next morning appointment. He show up when he said he would. He told me my very reasonable cost upfront and was done when he said he would be. Very professional.

Google5While I decided to use another service because they could come quicker, I wanted to recommend Kent at Spring Kings Garage Door Service because they suggested a cost effective repair of installing a vertical reinforcement instead of recommending a whole new door like most of the other businesses. That tells me they want what's best for their customer. Needless to say, if I need help with my garage on one of my properties, I'll be calling Kent!

Yelp5I was originally scheduled for an 8 AM Saturday appointment, but Kent called me earlier in the week to see if he could fit me in for an evening appointment. His communication leading up to the appointment was great. He showed up about 10 minutes early and got right to work. I only had one broken spring. Following Kent's recommendation, we went ahead and replaced both at the same time. He didn't try to upsell me that at all, he totally left it up to us to decide. He finished in about 45 minutes, cleaned up after himself and getting the invoice/paying was seamless.

Google5Kent with Spring Kings has replace springs, done maintenance service (foundation shifts in Texas) and replace bottom seal on my garage door (Texas heat). He is amazingly honest and his work is exceptional. I'm a happy repeat customer.

Angi5This is the second service with Spring Kings. I adore that Spring Kings leaves a sticker by your garage door button so it was easy to call immediately. I was freaking out because my springs broke and I could not get my car out of the garage to pick my daughters up from school. had an issue at 12, was told technician Alex is open at 3 but he is usually early. Kent was right. Alex was there before 2. Had my garage fixed in 30 minutes. Alex took the time to explain everything he had done, asked if I had questions, but most importantly before starting the work he explained the price. There is a reason I will only use Spring Kings. Yelp5I had the opportunity to use this service as it was recommended from NextDoor. The scheduling is easy as it's done online from the website and we just selected the date and time that worked best for us. He showed up on time and performed the needed work on our garage. He even followed up a week later to ensure the garage door was operating properly. I highly recommend this company.

Yelp5I've used Kent twice to repair and maintain our garage door and he was prompt, efficient, friendly and cost effective. He even fixed things I didn't request without charging extra. Also, I've recommended him to at least three of my friends and they have all raved about him. He's the only person I'll call for garage door service.

Angi5If you are like us, your spring broke at a bad time, your car is in the garage, you know little about garage door springs and even less about who to call. We looked at and talked with at least half-a-dozen companies and only Kent at Spring Kings was up front and transparent in his pricing and services. We had numerous “free” quotes from the most prominent companies only to have the price more than doubled when they arrived because even after clearly documenting we wanted two new springs “we misunderstood that the quoted price was per spring not for the whole project.” The other companies also tried to up sell and add on services “that really should be done.” Enter Kent, he is honest, helpful, transparent, and unquestionably ethical. Add to this that his work was impeccable and quick. If you are looking to get quality work done at a fair price you can stop now and go to [*** Link removed ***] and schedule your own day and time. We did not know Kent before this incident, are very hard to please and cannot say enough about how great he is. Yelp5Kent answered the phone when I called and figured out a way to come see me on a saturday due to my weird schedule. We had backed out through the bottom of the garage door. Kent made quick work of the door and bent it back into shape without requiring any replacements parts. It now works better than before. He quoted me a price before coming by and stuck to it. Good company.

Yelp5This guy Kent is fantastic. First discussion I had with him (two days ago) I could tell he was a person of character. He was knowledgeable, honest, and gave me options. He came by this morning and we discussed the damage to the door and did not upsell and felt that the door was repairable. Ended up repairing with a new garage opener. He was diligent with his work, answered all our questions and explained the features at the end. He will be getting referrals from me for sure. Really appreciate the exceptional customer service and the more than reasonable prices and options. Highly recommend!

Angi5Kent was awesome. Runs his small business himself. Posts his prices on his website which are inexpensive versus competition. You can schedule your appointment easily on his website. Very professional, called before showing up, showed up slightly early to make sure he was on time. He replaced our spring on our garage door but also gave our door a tune-up without trying to charge anything extra for it. He didn’t try to “upsell” anything. Just took care of our issue. Kent is knowledgeable and teaches you about your garage door while he does it. He did all of it in a little less than an hour but was very thorough. He reviews what he did after he’s done the work. Angi5Kent replaced springs for both of the Garage doors, he arrived on time and finished in time he said he would, reasonably priced. The existing spring was of smaller size, he ugraded to the right size for no extra fee. Also the lamps of my garage door opener were not working, he fixed one of those (no extra charge) and showed me how to fix and I will able to fix the other one my self. I also bought extra door opener and he programmed for free. the cost of the opener was comparable to what you would get at a hardware store. Angi5Kent was at my house less than an hour after I called him, and replaced my broken spring for a very reasonable price. He replaced my single spring with 2 springs...a good suggestion that should keep my car from being trapped in the garage the next time a spring breaks. Angi5Kent was a very nice guy, helped me over the phone at first and give me advice and a quote for adding a new spring. We he arrived that same evening, he showed me how he goes about diagnosing the door repair and what considerations to take. After some honest discussion, he offered me a couple options on how to move forward so I could have a nice healthy door. I appreciated his promptness and honest advice during the job and willingness to take a Saturday job. He also has great prices to boot. I highly recommend for spring repair.
