Technician came out to my elderly parents home on a service call since their garage door was not opening. The springs needed to be replaced. He also claimed that the wire and bearing plate needed to be replaced. Total quote was $1400+. As my father called me to get my opinion, miraculously the tech was able to "apply a coupon" and bring it down to around $1000+. I called someone else on their behalf as I knew this seemed ridiculously high. Another experienced company came out and made the repair for under $400. No wires or plates needed to be replaced, just the springs. This company will just make up pricing and repairs based on the situation, which my parents happened to be elderly and live in an affluent neighborhood. Be wary of using this company.

This is YES DOORS, we are based in Garland. We are not YES GARAGE DOORS based in Carrollton. We are unable to respond to reviews posted. We are a small family-owned business. With us you will have the same technician visit you every time, his name is Ben. With us you receive a copy of the invoice upon completion of job while onsite. It will not be emailed to you. We are so very sorry for anyone that has received poor service from the other company.

Ben, came out and Did a Fantastic job---Very efficient, productive and reasonable in price---Others were charging more-But Ben, with Yes Doors was fair and did Great work-Highly recommended! My door was off the hinges and cable snapped -He took about 90 minutes and got the door and all the remotes working properly--He told me the capacitor was bad, (Where others were wanting to charge me for Circuit board) and charged $35.00 to replace it

Yes Doors has always come to my rescue! Whether it was as simple as my light going out, to needing a whole new motor, they have always shown up prompt and with the friendliest faces and attitudes. We use them time and time again and will continue to use them in the future for any of our garage needs. We love the small, family-based companies here at my house!

This place is a complete scam. My senior father in-law called me distraught because the technician was charging him $700+ to tighten hinges and add oil. Nothing was replaced, no new parts were used, and he completed it in 10 minutes. When my dad brought this up, the technician, Don, said he was paying him for his "knowledge." Unreal. I don't think they have repeat customers because they are just taking advantage of people. This is not a legit business. Avoid at all costs.

I have had to use Ben at Yes Doors several times due to the heavy type of garage doors I have. He has always been prompt, professional and provided excellent work on all areas of needed repair. Cost of repairs has always been fair and acceptable. I can't think of a better person to use to fix a garage door. Thanks Ben for all your service.

I called them for a tune up, was having an issue with my safety sensor. He was on time, He did all of the work requested and did not try to upsell me and charged me the great price as promised. Wish all companies would be so honorable as this one!

It went great. They were able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. Ben arrived on time, looked at my door and gave me a price to perform all three tasks. I was using an Angie's list deal for the tuneup. Ben replaced the wall switch, reattached the gasket piece on the bottom of the door and re-aligned it so it would not scrape the wall and oiled and checked the door and opener. He was efficient and everything works great! And the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: In addition to tune up I needed them to look at the switch on the wall that opens and closes the garage door. It did not work consistently. I also noticed that the piece on the bottom of the door that holds the gasket that blocks air from coming in was coming loose and needed to be reattached.

I was told the spring to my garage door malfunctioned while I was out of the country. I was able to set up a diagnosis appointment with Yes Doors while I was out of the country. Once I returned, they were prompt to my residence, gave me a great quote and fixed the issue the next business day. The technician's name was Ben. I say "yes" to Yes Doors.

On closing our garage door this evening, the springs broke. We got on Angie's List and called Yes Doors. Got an answer right away, and Ben was sent out; he was here within 30 minutes and fixed us up right away. It was after hours - about 7pm - and we feel lucky. We will probably be calling Yes Doors for future needs with our garage door. There was an extra $65 fee for after hours work, but we felt it was worth it. $280 cost was replacing the springs plus the $65 after hours fee. Services Rendered: emergency visit

Unfair pricing and horrid customer service. Highly recommend you try others as this company over priced me for 10 mins of work. When I called to get an explanation the manager would talk over me and I talked to another gentleman later who was validating my 10 min service because "he has insurance and equipment to pay for."

My garage door was getting stuck half way and I was dreading to fix it because I wasn't sure what the cost would be. The technitian came out the next morning and showed me exactly what was wrong with it in a matter of minutes. It appears that the door needed a small realignment which kept it from going all the way up. My door was also make a loud squeaky sound every time it was opened or closed. The technitian got it all fixed and did maintenance on the door for under $60 dollars. Ben, the tech, was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. Even the lady answering the phones at the company was a very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased and satisfied with their service. Will definitely use Yes Doors again and will recommend to others!

The people at Yes Doors couldn't have been more pleasant or more professional, The technician, Ben, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, told me what he was going to do to fix it and how much it would cost, and completed the repairs within an hour. I have used Yes Doors 3 times (once at my old house and twice at my new house). Scheduling is very easy and the person that has completed the service was friendly and seemed to work efficiently. Pricing seems fair to me. For the last repair (replacement of a spring) they had to come back to do an adjustment but they squeezed me into the schedule the same day I called and of course there was no charge. I would recommend them for your garage door needs.

Called Yes Doors out to fix our garage door which wasn't opening. We were told it was the rollers making the door too difficult to lift. So we paid them to replace and fix them, and they left. Ten minutes later the door wouldn't open again, and they came back and told us it was a sensor. They said they fixed it and left. Ten minutes later the door wouldn't open again, so they came back out. Their third guess was that I needed an entirely new system. Strong believer these guys don't know what they're doing, and are just trying to make you spend money on things that don't need to be fixed.
