They moved all of our household furniture very carefully and quickly. Very responsive to instructions and most of all they all were very nice and professional!

I am related to the sales person that helped me. But I only talked with him on the phone and I picked up the merchandise at their warehouse. I didn't see him at all. But it was so efficient instead of Lowes where you have to wait for somebody to help you and you have to check out and wait for somebody there. Then you have to wait for somebody to get it loaded. When I went to Fergusons I went in, one guy waited on me, got the product, put it in the car, it was fast. I just called the order in, I told them what I wanted and he called the order in and I picked it up. It was excellent. Instead of going in the door they greeted me, he was busy and he said I'll be right with you and I thought that was nice. Sometimes you go in a store and they ignore you, wait on somebody else. I thought that was nice. I went back to get the garbage disposal the next day and he recognized me. I thought that was nice too.
