Simon called ahead and told me he would be arriving at 2 p.m. At 1:59 p.m., he pulled into my driveway. The door that i called about wasn't broken, it just needed some maintenance work and oil, and a readjustment of the tracking. When he was finished, he asked about the other door, and offered to look at it since "he was here anyway..." Long story short... the $500 repair I was quoted was much less severe. Simon patiently examined the unit, made some adjustments, and rewired some cables in the motor, after which the door worked like a charm. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with the quality of the work and the quality of the technician. I would HIGHLY reccomend them.
Services Rendered: Two car garage... one door had been broken for years... a repair person had quoted my $500 to have it fixed, so we just left it alone. The other door was not closing properly and needed to be repaired.
