Bruce and his crew did an exceptional job with the delivery and installation of our new French door. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property. Prior to hiring Buckeye Door Sales we obtained 2 other quotes from local door companies. All 3 companies had similar products and Buckeye Door Sales was slightly under in cost. Edited this to say "Still 5 stars - happy as a Second Time Customer!" Buckeye Door is an amazing company to work with from my experience. When it comes to doors a lot can go wrong if done incorrectly as we found with a cheap DIY door in a home we recently purchased. Because of the less than "water-tight" installation significant water damage occurred around the door frame and against the frame of the wall next to the foundation. Bruce's team arrived promptly the day of service, and installed a BEAUTIFUL provia door - we couldn't be more pleased! Additionally, when a first time customer we had a garage door installed at our previous home in Oakwood. This was actually a much bigger job, because we reframed two single doors into one much larger door. The workmanship was terrific - not only did they reframe the front of my garage and install the door in less than a day - they supported our transition when we were selling the house based on nit picky feedback from the home inspection. Within days of this feedback Bruce's team was back to install additional 2x4s and were happy to help. Regarding the workmanship and quality of the garage doors: the door and opener installation were so perfect you could not hear the door opening. The only negative thing I could say is if you're like me once they replace a door you'll want to replace them in your entire home!
Great experience from start to finish. We had our "antique" garage door replaced. They got up with me right away to get a quote. They had great color options to choose from. The guys were great, the door is great (2" insulated), the opener is great, the price was great. They did everything in the time frame they said they would. There is no need to continue your search, go with them!
Working with Bruce and Buckeye Door Sales was a very positive experience. From the estimate to the install, Bruce and his team were honest, upfront, and took extra steps to make sure I had the door I wanted and even helped me reset the wireless remote pad. The job site was cleaned and nothing left behind. I couldn't even tell they were there.

The technician had obviously encountered and solved this problem before. He quickly repaired our garage door. The for has performed normally since. Services Rendered: The lower right roller had "jumped out of the track" preventing the door from opening and closing. The technician moved the lower right roller back into the roller track so the the garage door could move to open and close the door. He then lubricated all the roller bearings and the door panel hinges.
Simon called ahead and told me he would be arriving at 2 p.m. At 1:59 p.m., he pulled into my driveway. The door that i called about wasn't broken, it just needed some maintenance work and oil, and a readjustment of the tracking. When he was finished, he asked about the other door, and offered to look at it since "he was here anyway..." Long story short... the $500 repair I was quoted was much less severe. Simon patiently examined the unit, made some adjustments, and rewired some cables in the motor, after which the door worked like a charm. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with the quality of the work and the quality of the technician. I would HIGHLY reccomend them. Services Rendered: Two car garage... one door had been broken for years... a repair person had quoted my $500 to have it fixed, so we just left it alone. The other door was not closing properly and needed to be repaired.

The technician showed up a bit ahead of time and was very professional. He was concerned with making sure the garage door was working properly as a unit and not just replacing the two springs. He oiled it up, fixed the lights in the overhead unit that weren't working, and added a center piece (I forget what it is called) that should have been there when garage door was first installed. None of this cost extra. Services Rendered: A spring had broken on the garage door, so needed it replaced. I opted to have both springs done at the same time.
