We just had a new front door installed at our house by Dayton Door Sales. The salesman that came for the estimate was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted, showed us all our options without being pushy, and was even able to show us a picture of what our house would look like with the new front door. On install day, there was some weather moving through. The install crew kept us informed, and was eventually able to get started after the rain moved out. They worked very efficiently, did a professional job, and cleaned up afterwards. We love our new front door. Thank you again Dayton Door Sales !!

We had a cable snap on our garage door, trapping our car inside. Technician Mark came out the morning we called and made the necessary repairs. He was very professional, friendly and did not leave a mess. Our 68 year old original wood garage door prompted us to meet with Brandon at their Dayton store on Springfield Street to discuss replacing it with a new, steel insulated door. Brandon took his time listening to our design ideas and showed us options and discussed costs with us. We truly appreciate his professionalism and no pressure approach. We used DDS on our previous house for replacement of all the windows and a new garage door. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend them to anyone needing windows and doors!

Our door stopped working 2 days ago. Bummer right.. Shane M came out and fixed it in no time. He was very easy to talk with and friendly. He had it fixed and done in about 28 minutes. Saved me again. Not expensive as I thought it would be either. He adjusted the springs closing rate and all. Door works like new again. 17 year old opener and works perfect again. Thanks again Shane for a job well done. 33 year customer of Dayton door. Thanks.

A broken torsion spring imprisoned our vehicles in the garage. Fortunately for us, Scott was able to get us on Josh's work list the same day, and Josh had our door functioning again in about 40 minutes. Then, after fixing it, he saved me a spring maintenance chore by lubricating all the rollers, hinges, and springs and then lubed my screw-drive door opener as well. Clearly above and beyond what I expected, and I sincerely appreciate Dayton Door Sales' business model. When it comes time to replace the opener or the door, I'll be calling them again!

My mother recently had new ProVia windows installed in her Condo by Dayton Door Sales. She has been raving about not only the beautiful windows but also how much brighter her rooms are with the absence of condensation she was experiencing with her old ones. She also couldn't stop telling me how great the entire team of installers were, keeping everything clean and tidy along with being very professional and thoughtful too. I think she certainly made the right decision when she chose Dayton Door Sales for her new windows!

I recently had a new garage door and garage door opener installed by Dayton Doors. These guys were excellent from start to finish. John Kemper handled my initial call. He was very friendly & professional & he kept everything within my budget with absolutely no pressure to "upgrade" or "do more" than what I asked. He gave me a small discount when I mentioned that my mom had recommended them to me after she had them install a new garage door for her. John was also able to accommodate my schedule and send someone out really quickly to get the measurements. This worker (whose name I wish I had) was terrific as well. He did the measurements for the new door and went above & beyond by doing some temporary repairs for me as well - no charge. He took the time to secure my opener (that was about to fall off) and to put on a new bracket on my old garage door where it was broken. This kept everything working until they came out to install the new door & opener. Mike and Nate were the workers that came out to do the install. They were friendly and fast! The install was completed in a few hours. Then they took the time to go over everything with me. We ended up having conversations about motorcycles & Halloween decorations as well. In summary, if you need a new door installed I would absolutely recommend Dayton Door Sales. Thank you!

GREAT! The garage door wouldn't raise more than 5", via opener. Called when they opened. They added me to the schedule for TODAY. They don't make appointments, per se, but rather they call you 30 minutes before expected arrival. I received my call and tech was on time. Initial diagnosis made. (Broken spring) . Gave me the option to replace one or both. I chose both. Work was efficiently done. Very happy with service, Very happy with courteous tech. Services Rendered: Garage door repair. Wouldn't lift.

Good, fast, next-day service, and fit me in early since they had a cancellation. I had intended to repair my system, but since the repair parts would have cost a significant portion of a new system, decided to just replace. Took about 1.5 hours, and for a reasonable price, now have a nice new garage door opener. They reprogrammed my old remotes too, so now I have spares. Even programmed my car to work with it. New garage door opener is super quiet, definitely an improvement.

Great service! Fast and efficient. I was referred to them by my dad and I see why he has been using them for years. Left a message last night that my garage door spring broke. They called me first thing in the morning and a hour later technician was out here to fix it. Absolutely great quality work, customer service, all for a great price too. If you need garage doors or service just pass these guys on by. They are rude and their service is awful! They cause far more aggravation than they are worth. I could go on and on but suffice to say, you can find better doors and service elsewhere.

I don't ever fill these things out. But I am AMAZED at the service we received today. From the time I damaged the door and called, we we had a repair person onsite and everything looking amazingly like new in just about an hour total. I backed into this thing, knocked it off the track - I had pieces of the wheel assembly laying in the driveway! - and Bill wasted no time, got down to business and, like a wizard, somehow had us not only repaired but flawlessly so and left us fine-tuned. I am thrilled that we weren't bilked for a brand-new door because I would have had no choice. The fee was more than reasonable for same-day service with results this amazing. I also want to recognize Bill for being timely, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly - he saved me thousands as far as I am concerned. And, best of all, he didn't make me feel like an idiot for backing into the garage door (he probably knew my wife and kids will have that covered). I'll tell anyone who asks - and several who don't - that Dayton Door Sales is spectacular. Many, many thanks. Services Rendered: Backed into garage door - knocked off track and it was immobile, halfway down. Needed moved/repaired.

I accidently backed out of my old rickety garage door. It happened in November and the weather was just getting cold with the threat of snow. This company had an excellent turn around time. They came out that same day of the accident and made the existing door safe and closed. Then within two days they installed my new door. I upgraded to an insulated door with single front torsion spring. My old garage door had a spring on each side that would hang down when the door was up and when the door was down those springs were fully extended and very unsafe. I kept wondering what would happen if one broke. The new insulated door has even helped lower my home heat bill! Thanks to installers Monte & Jeremy for a great job. It only took them a couple hours and I was able to go back to work the same day. I give this local company an A+ and would highly recommend them to others.

After having a terrible experience with another garage door company that overcharged for torsion springs and led me to believe that the belt had stretched when the springs broke, I called a legitimate local company Dayton Door Sales to inquire about belt replacement. I was immediately put in contact with Don who is very knowledgeable about the garage door opener system I had. Don offered to come out and look over the work that the previous contractor had done and let me know of anything that needed to be fixed free of charge. He told me that everything was working as it was supposed to and adjusted the sagging belt that was causing a lot of noise when the garage door opened. (Previous contractor said the sagging couldn't be fixed.) I asked Don if I needed to replace the whole system in the near future and he said no. He also gave me pointers to keep the system running smoothly and the timeline for a garage door spring service call in the future. This company is professional and honest. They really care about their work and their customers.

I normally do most of my own home repair work, but replacing our 80+ year old garage doors from the 1930's wasn't something I wanted to tackle. Calling a company to send a sales rep to my house is one of the last things I ever want to do :-) The entire process of working with Dayton Door Sales was very smooth and very professional. The salesman was very knowledgable, zero pressure, and very helpful. Once we decided to purchase from them, they were in good communication with us letting us know when to expect the doors, and scheduling the installation. Being an 80+ year old house, not everything is "standard" and they sent their expert installer crew to make sure it went flawlessly. The installers were nice, professional, efficient, and did an AMAZING job ensuring the doors were perfectly installed and gave the maximum clearance to fit our SUV in the garage bay. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing replacement doors or any service needs.

After another "reputable" garage door service company serviced our 5yr old garage doors improperly, Dayton Door came out and fixed both doors and provided new openers for a very reasonable price. That's not why I'm writing this review. 5 weeks after Dayton Door sales fixed our doors, one of the doors malfunctioned. It wouldn't stay open or open all the way. Dayotn Door came out (on time) and repaired our door and charged us nothing! No charge. I wish all business's would conduct themselves in such a professional manner.
